Claim Jumper A-Frame #1 is a cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin. Located on the river with lots of outdoor space for children to run around! This home is a two-story cabin and in perfect proximity in town to shops, restaurants, and Red River Ski & Summer Area, it sits on the river and is around the corner from the zip line and fishing ponds! When you walk into the ground flush entryway you will find the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen, and dining area. This A-Frame's living room is nicely furnished with soft, comfortable furniture that has a great view of the wood-burning fireplace which when lit will steal away your attention as you watch the colorful flames burn brighter and brighter as you stoke it with the wood provided. The large flat-screen TV allows you to comfortably sit and watch cable and a DVD player. Next to the living room, you will find a full bathroom and a semi-private room hiding away two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic essentials for cooking, baking, and food preparations. Up the spiral staircase, you will come face to face with a choice to go right, left, or straight into the ¾ bathroom. To the left of and front of the cabin, you'll find the master bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed and private deck with outdoor furniture to sit and watch, video record, or take photos of the Red River Ski & Summer Area and all its allure and hilarity! In the guest bedroom, you will find a full-sized bed with your very own window that overlooks the €œRed River€. Outside you will find the option to use either the Gas BBQ Grill (Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate) or the charcoal grill for that elevated mountain experience. Other amenities that Claim Jumper A-Frame #1 guests may enjoy are Free WiFi, Ski-In/Ski-Out accommodations, both front deck and porch areas facing the Platinum Chair Lift with outdoor seating. $75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.

Great stay!

Proximity to the chair lift and chalet is extremely convenient. The river right behind the cabin is a great added bonus. Location was very clean. All basic necessities were supplied.

Chilling in the mountain

Awesome A-Frame right on the river. We caught our limit every day and didn't have to stray far from the house. It is awesome location and make sure you use your 10% card

Great location and great commutation with staff.

The location of the lodging could not have been better. We were able to be on and off the slopes in minutes. The lodging was cozy. The staff was easy to communicate with by text or phone. They responded quickly and made everything easier. Only issues were the cabin wasn’t cleaned well and had belongings that the previous family left. Also the cabin is very creaky which is to be expected to an extent. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the stay.

The location of the property is great. The problem is with the extremely, old stairs. There is absolutely no way that they are up to code. I do not recommend staying here.

Perfect for family ski trip!

The location of this cabin couldn’t have been more perfect! The place was very clean and perfect size. We had a family of four but could have easily slept two more comfortably. The check in process was very easy and we had great communication with the property manager throughout the experience. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

perfect location

the location is perfect. We walked across the street and got on the platinum lift every morning without ever having to go to the crowded gold chair area. The cabin is good but very outdated and a little low on modern conveniences but I would stay there again just for the location
