About this property

Spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath House. Wi-Fi, Roku TV, Fully stocked kitchen, etc!

Coming to Lampasas, Tx? We have a comfortable 3 bedroom home suitable for families & friends. 1 full bathroom with a brand new walk in shower, and 1 half bath. This home will sleep 5 comfortably. We have added a plush foldable cot that will be stored in the closet for a 6th guest, if needed. Located on Nix road, you are minutes from Key Avenue (the main road that runs through our town) and about a 30 minute drive to Colorado Bend State Park.

We recently renovated a few things in this home, such as the original wood flooring and a fresh coat of paint throughout. We purposely wanted to keep it as original as possible as it has been in our family for many years and we intend to preserve the memories that we have made as a family here.
We hope that this doesn't deter you from booking with us. We intend to make your stay as personable and comfortable as possible. The owners live just down the street and are happy to assist with any needs that you may have.

If you have any special requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate them if possible

The house was perfect for a girl's night out. Especially for us Senior citizens who need low key entertainment and a place to relax and visit. Town is only blocks away with great places to eat and grocery store. The beds were super comfy and access for my sister who uses a walker for mobility was perfect. We felt like we we're at home. Great vintage home near town!

It's a classic! This 1950s home is gorgeous, close to town, has everything you need, and is very original! The layout is perfect and was just what we needed for our hunting trip. Can’t wait to bring my wife when we spend a weekend in Lampasas. Highly recommended!
