You can access the townhouse any time after 4pm by using the smart lock on the door. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Also, please don’t set the AC thermostat below 72 to ensure the system runs efficiently.

Heath, the safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.

Checkout is at 10 am. Late checkout fee is $25/hour IF available.

Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.

Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter.

Please make sure you read all of the house rules if any of the house rules are violated there will be a minimum of $500 fee assessed. If you have any questions, please reach out.
