About the host
Hosted by Richard L Whitehead
I am from Paradise, PA but currently live in Norway. My Mom and Dad are co-hosts and handle guest affairs. They live about 2 minutes away in the house where I grew up. I love hosting because I want to share this unique and secluded home with others.
Why they chose this property
The house belonged to my grandparents. I took it over after they passed away. This home has so many memories for me - helping to build it in 1990, spending Christmas day here with my grandparents, and sitting on the deck with my grandmother talking about horses and her garden. I hope your time here will make for great memories too.
What makes this property unique
The home is secluded and peaceful but also easy to access, and full of necessities and amenities. The forest that surrounds the property help to shield the home from road traffic. The Amish neighbors are also quiet.
