Host was great, house was adorable and cute, and perfect for what we needed. Only issue was it was cold and the bedding was thin and the mattresses were a little hard. But besides that it was a great home and we had a great time! I have voiced these critiques with the host and they appreciated the feed back and assured the feedback would help future renters :)

Perfect place for our family Celebration

After living in the Chicago suburbs my entire life, I finally moved out of state, and ended up having to host out-of-town family for a pizza dinner before our Celebration of Life was held. There was plenty of room for all, along with laughter and tears.The location was excellent, super convenient access to the expressway, grocery stores, and everywhere we needed to be. Thank you for everything!

Beautifully Maintained House

The house itself was very nice. We were there during Christmas holiday and therefore did not use the backyard or grill. The house is on a busy street which can be a bit noisy during rush hour times. The property manager was great to work with and very responsive. Plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs.

Perfect Spot!

We were lucky to book for our last minute trip to Chicago. Our family members were able to each have our own comfy beds & there was plenty of space for the kids to play. This cozy house was easy to find & super close to restaurants & grocery stores.

Perfect 10!

House was clean and very well equipped! Lots of options for sleeping. Stayed here for a wedding with 10 adult family members and worked out perfectly. Lots of parking onsite as well. Great communication with property manager and easy keyless entry. Highly recommend!

Clean & Smoke Free Big Enough for Everyone!!!

First thing I would love to share is how CLEAN this home is & Smoke Free. Not always an easy thing to find. Actually 5 Large Bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Close to all. Kitchen fully stocked. Shampoo & handsoap in both bathrooms. Clean Fresh Sheets & Towels. You feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. This is our 2nd visit & will definitely go back next year. Thank you for another Great Stay!!!

Very nice accomdations

Chicago can be challenging with the construction and traveling on Fri afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised with the home with the 5 beds and 2 baths. The back yard was fenced in which was useful for the dog. I want to thank the owner for supplying spices, coffee, sugar; basic necessities that sometimes are not available in VRBO homes.

Perfect for our 3 night stay

Our family of 6 was visiting the area for a family funeral. All of the 2 days of activities took place within 8 miles of the home's perfect location. The home was well appointed with the coffee pot (yay!!) and other kitchen items just what we needed. 3 queen bedrooms upstairs and 2 king beds downstairs gave us what we needed space-wise. 2 full baths completed our needs and we were very happy to stay together in this home. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Wedding

My family flew into the city for a Wedding in Mount Prospect, so the location of the house was very convenient. The house was big enough to accommodate all six adults and still have space to not be on top of each other.

Even better than expected!

We were hoping for a nice clean place to stay that was close to our venue and would accommodate my immediate family. The house was cute and very clean! The beds were very comfortable. When you walk down the stairs to the basement, it's like a whole other living space down there! It's huge! Every one of us just loved it and we all said that we will absolutely come back and stay here again. Oh, and the communication with Blaine was perfect as well! We all HIGHLY recommend this home for a family looking for a great place to stay!

Great property and Great Communication

We had seven people staying at this home. There was plenty of space where we did not ever feel we were crowded. The communication was the best. My folks arrived first and are not tech savy, at all. They were unable to figure out the app to enter the home. My folks made a call and they were able to walk them through the process with ease. Thank you for making our stay so great.

Disappointment

This house was a disappointment. It was mostly clean and the basement was open floor plan, but if you are traveling with a large family group and planning on spending time in this house, it will be a disappointment. This house is on an extremely busy street and parking in the driveway for more than one car is particularly challenging since the large shrubs on the edge of the driveway have not been trimmed and the branches will scratch your car. The rooms are not spacious and the living room/kitchen area is small. The upstairs bathroom was small. It was mostly clean but the window ledge was covered with black mold. It is also lacking in the smaller basic amenities that make a stay more comfortable, such as trash cans in bedrooms and correct sized curtains and drapes that actually cover the windows when closed.
