Excellent place to stay and host provided great communication. The house is very nice and we also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, too! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will be back soon!

Melrose Park Stay

Great spot for a quick Chicago trip for me and my wife and dog. House was as advertised, well appointed. Nice quiet neighborhood and fenced in back yard was great for the dog. Would stay again.

Wonderful Getaway

The property is in a very quiet area. My kids enjoyed the game room, and the hot tub was wonderful! The house was super clean, and the host is very accomodating.

It was the perfect family friendly house. From the game room to the hot tub and fire pit my boys loved every minute of it. Very clean and well stocked for almost everything you need. Great location with the airport and restaurants. And best part it was away from the busy downtown but its just a short drive there. Will be staying again

Very pet friendly. Will stay again!

This is a great place and very pet friendly. Only negatives were lack of hashtags (only one in the home), no hair dryer when it advertised it had one, and no TV in any of the bedrooms. The home was clean, spacious, fireplace and hot tub are a great bonus.

I must not have paid attention to the listing. I was pleasantly surprised with as much space there was in this house. The neighborhood is quiet (except for my barking dogs). Everything you could think of was thought of....including a welcome note with chocolates. My daughter-in-law is graduating from Columbia College in May and I definitely want to stay here again. Thank you, Maggie. Everything was wonderful!

Great and convenient little property.

Good house with 3 bedrooms. 1.5 bathrooms. The hot tub is a nice touch. Just your average house, nothing extravagant. Had towels and all. Netflix etc. was overall a pleasant stay.

Absolutely loved having the hot tub

Everything was very clean, and they left a little treat of chocolates and a bottle of wine. Very kind, and the place was well kept. Very soft and comfortable pillows, and the couch was pretty comfortable too. But the mattresses are quite hard.

Excellent experience

The house was perfect, the neighborhood was perfect, and the host was perfect. From the time we arrived until the time we left, she was very friendly and always made sure to ask if we needed anything. She also left us wine and cookies which was a nice treat. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property and Host

This property was beautiful, clean, quiet area and fully stock with everything you need. My family loved spending the holidays in this property. My dogs loved it more with the large backyard, they didn't want to come in. I definitely recommend staying in this property and the host was amazing with her fast response. Exactly as advertised

We stayed on Valentine's weekend. Used the fireplace and the hot tub as these were must haves for us. Everything was very clean, so I felt a little bad dirtying the fireplace up. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves in that area again.

Good value

We stayed for a long weekend to Chicago for a college visit. The home is comfortable, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were responsive and check in and out were easy.Minor gripes, like having to buy batteries for the TV remote or the fact that there's no central air conditioning (which I've come to learn is not uncommon in older Midwestern homes) were minor inconvenience (the window units worked fine). All in all, it was a great value and we would stay again.

The host was absolutely amazing. So kind & she always responded to me as soon as possible if I had any questions! Also the house was AMAZING! Very clean and well put together! Everything that was listed was all there. I definitely would choose to stay again with them! :)
