This cozy ranch has everything you need and more to feel right at home. Game room downstairs provides fun for the whole family.

Perfect for traveling healthcare workers (close to hospitals and the airport), business travelers, house hunters, and families. Open to long-term renters!

This property is dog friendly - HUGE backyard with new patio and firepit area. Gorgeous 3-season sunroom with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and an electric fireplace connects the house to the patio. The perfect place for your morning coffee - or to sit and watch a rainstorm.

The basement is a huge bonus space, completely finished. Air hockey table, foosball, dart board, chess, and jenga provided for your entertainment.

The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Linens, starter toiletries, olive oil and spices, coffee and filters, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, toaster, starter laundry and dishwasher pods, etc - anything you might need is here for you. No detail has been overlooked.

Of course, Wi-Fi is included. All TVs are smart TVs or have a firestick for streaming.

Keypad code entry so no need for keys. I'll send you your unique code the morning of your arrival.

All living spaces available for guests use, excluding one room in basement (furnace and owner storage)

Super clean, super comfortable home

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the home. It was very well-equipped. There was tons of space in the finished basement if anyone is visiting with a larger family (we weren't). The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Our dog loved the huge backyard. We hope to stay in this very comfortable home the next time we visit Rochester.

Great location. Second bathroom in the basement was unexpected. Some amenities, extra garbage bags, additional tp and kitchen towels were not there. Licated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access.

Hi Rebecca, thanks for the feedback! I wish you would have let me know about "missing ammenities" during your stay. I tried to reach out and check on you after your first night, with no response or communication from you. I would have been happy to correct any issue! I always have my cleaners leave out starter supplies for guests use, including a few garbage bags and TP. I do apologize if there was not enough and will make sure to correct that for future guests! Thanks again!

Comfortable accommodations for family visit

We absolutely loved our stay at this Vrbo in Irondequoit! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed — it truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies on hand, which made things so easy.The neighborhood was safe and pleasant, and my husband enjoyed walking there every day. We also appreciated how close it was to so many great activities — wineries, farmers markets, the Erie Canal, bike paths, and wonderful restaurants were all just a short drive away.Overall, this was the perfect place for us, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient spot to stay in the Greater Rochester area!
