We were happy with our stay here. The house is comfortable, spacious, clean, an easy walk to the beach, and right by a nice park for kids. The fenced yard was nice for small children and pets. The host was good to work with.

I want to be as fair as possible with this review. The house was very clean. It is large, if you have a group it may be an excellent choice. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. What is currently pictured in the Ad, ie glass table on deck, dart board, corn hole are not accurate. If you care about bed comfort, this is a big deal to me and my partner, not one bed in the house is comfortable. All very dated, hard, old spring mattresses. Foam mattress toppers would go a long way or just upgrade. In our case it was quite uncomfortable for our 3 nights. The Glass table and chairs have been replaced with a large, tall picnic table. Low Adirondack chairs provided make it impossible to eat at that table. You can only see the ocean if you stand up on the deck. There are 2 tall chairs in the house but I didn't notice them at first and wasn't sure they could go outside. I did finally notice pictures with those chairs outside, host should let you know its ok to take them out. If you are getting this location because you want to drink coffee on the deck and see the ocean, take the tall chairs out, only 2. The corn hole was missing 3 bean bags from each color. The dart board is not in good shape. There were a few other inconvenient bumps in our stay, and the Host did work with us to make it right. The location is close to a lot, Walk to beach near house, 10 min to Crescent beach, 15 - 30 min to Redwoods and restaurants.

Great House for a Family

Excellent house for a family to stay. The layout is fantastic and the 4 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are awesome for a group or large family. The location is nice and an easy walk down to the park and one of the local beaches. The host Gabriel is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this property and I will look to stay there again on future visits.

Overall a great place to stay

Everything was great for the most part. It was spacious and pretty clean. Just wish the beds were more comfortable. The couch bed had a really thin mattress. Overall it was a great place.

Great location short walk to ocean

The house was perfect. It was clean and 3 bathrooms was great. It had lots of room and you could see the Pacific Ocean from the deck. It was just a short walk to the Pacific Ocean to see beautiful sunsets and the peaceful waves crashing on the rocks. Would definitely go back.

Staying at the Pink Palace

We were mostly satisfied with our stay. The house is clean, roomy and is within walking distance to the beach. Our only complaint is there didn't seem to be enough bath towels or kitchen towels. I think the kitchen could be a bit better stocked with needed items. Overall I would stay here again.

Redwoods adventure

We enjoyed staying at the the palace, what a lovely place to stay. Nice and clean . And filled with a since of wonder. We went to the Redwoods and Treemysters. And tour the light house. We enjoyed ocean world. And loved pebble beach. Sandy G

Great property and location!!

The home is lovely and just the right size! The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The towels were clean and nice. Although there were a few pans and a bbq, there were no cooking utensils. A quick trip to Walmart fixed is right up! Beds

Second Visit to the Pink Palace

The property is clean and organized. We had every amenity we needed. The location is nice, back into the neighborhood away from the busy highway and motels. Large family areas are great. There were 10 of us and we were comfortable. We cook some of our breakfasts and lunches there to save some money on food. Nice short walk to the ocean and a small beach access and a view from the raised back deck. As well as a local park for our 5 year old granddaughter. She enjoyed the park. Great kite flying this weekend as well. The host is friendly and commuicates well. Thanks Gabriel. The Thompson family.

This house was a great find close to ocean overlook and just a few blocks to a rocky beach access. The house is much bigger than it appears. Lots of space for everyone. Very clean and cozy. Big backyard with a peak of the ocean. Beds are not comfortable at all but definitely worth the price and convince of the location.

Everything was great and the pictures dont do the space justice. Its much bigger inside than it seemed. And so nice. The only issue was limited bedding and the comforters are thin, so some might need to bring extra warm blankets. And bring spices if you want anything other than salt n pepper! All n all 5 Stars and would totally do it again of we go back!
