Nice Stay - Close to Downtown

Overall a nice stay. The property was as advertised and a short cab/uber to McCormick Place. A few minor issues which have all be detailed in other reviews but overall worth the price for a downtown location.

Great location for Hyde Park

The property was exactly as pictured. Once we mastered the front gate, the rest of the trip was a breeze! It’s an ideal rental for two or three people.

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo was perfect for my daughter and me. Great location, prompt responses to all communication with owner, super clean and very comfy beds! Main building corridor could use some sprucing up, but nothing major. Overall, very satisfied! Thanks, Khoy!

Bronzeville Convenience.

Needed a spot in Chicago in a pinch, I was able to get it. Street side parking and transportation ease was at my fingertips. Two days of convenience was all that was needed. It was delivered.

Locks are very custom and difficult to use. Toilets were not fully functional. Property manager is really responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately a nightmare…

Pros: Beautifully renovated, nice jacuzzi tub, close to everywhere I needed to be. Great street parking. Cons: Living room furniture dusty, garbage left in the garbage bin, wet towels left in the washer… was given the wrong gate code and took 30 minutes to figure out what the correct one was to get in. Front gate intercom system still did not work properly with correct code. Had to enter from rear of building and knock on a neighbors door one night to get in the building. Got locked out of actual apartment for over an hour due to poor instructions given by host.Toilets don’t flush properly. One had excrement in it seemingly for days. The other one flooded into the hallway….overall, could have been wonderful, but too many things went and were wrong. The experience was very stressful. The host was responsive, but it did not make the experience any better.
