The Condo has the VERDEVIVO CLUB with a forest of hundreds of trees with trails, picnic, swimming pools, jacuzzis, Turkish baths, spa, gyms, multi-sports court, and other amenities to enjoy various outdoor activities and private spaces.
Strategic and ecological location in the south of the city.
The space:
127 square meters, three rooms, twenty square meters balcony, dining room, open kitchen, study, bathroom and two bathrooms.
Guest access:
It has two private parking lots, numbers 9933 and 9937, both very close to the elevator. It is a horizontal property building with a reception on the first floor, with guards and security cameras in all communal areas.
Other things to note:
My wife and I will be very attentive to your needs and requirements to respond in real time if possible. The experience with all guests is that we are very attentive, we remain very friends and family after check-out for a long time and many want to come back and have done it. We are sure it will be a very pleasant experience

Me and my wife are from Medellin, but we live and work in Bogota, I am a doctor and with my wife and two of my sons, we are the owners and operators of CASAVIVA GERIATRIC HOMES in the north of Bogota with 3 locations, we are dedicated to providing professional care services to the elderly, we do not love to serve.
Why they chose this property
We bought this Condo new and we love its panoramic view, the sector is very ecological, quiet and safe, and everything is close, both the centralities of the municipality of La Estrella and Sabaneta. El Condo has an important amount of very special amenities.
What makes this property unique
A balcony of 20 square meters, with a 270-degree view of the entire south of Medellin and the south of the valley of aburra, from a 40th floor, you can even see the entire urban and rural area of the municipalities of La Estrella, Sabaneta, Envigado, Itagui and the town of Medellin. Besides that, the Condo is unique for its nature and amenities.
