Peaceful retreat

Peaceful quiet get away. The spaciousness of Kathy's lovely place was more than amazing. I had tea on the beautiful balcony every morning as the sun shines in. The thoughtfulness of the little touches and treats provided were far beyond sweet. I will stay here every time I am in town.

The space was so cute, comfortable, and inviting. The property manager Kathy is super sweet and even prepared some baked goods for us. We loved staying and will definitely return!!!

one bedroom large, well furnished upstairs apartment. Kathy and Dave were very friendly and went out of their way to see to our needs. Will stay there whenever in the area and apartment is available.

Perfect for us

This property was perfect for our month-long stay in southern Oregon. It is a fully equipped, nicely appointed, one bedroom apartment above a private residence with it's own private entrance. The owner's communications were always spot on and it was a treat to meet them. We can highly recommend this property to all.

After running a vrbo and fishing charter in Seward, Alaska, for 7 years, we were hooked. My husband and I enjoy meeting fellow travelers, sharing experiences, and providing a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay after a busy day.

Why they chose this property

It’s a quiet neighborhood, yet easy access to grocery shopping, malls, hospital, airport, and parks. Lots to do nearby! A couple of hours and you’re on the Oregon Coast, Crater Lake, floating the Rogue River, or listening to a band at one of many vineyards in the Applegate Valley. Ashland, home of Southern Oregon University and the Shakespeare Festival is 30 minutes away. There is always something to do.

What makes this property unique

I also rent to traveling nurses, and what I hear a lot is the convenience of having lots of room is wonderful. Space to stretch out and do yoga, store outdoor equipment, or work on crafts, ( the last rentor made soap, painted, and sewed in her spare time). A 3X6 pantry to stash all the necessary supplies. Space to lock up your bike behind a gate in a well lit covered area. Life is easier when your not cramped for space!
