Overall our stay was nice; home is beautiful a little pricey. Our only concern is the driveway is extremely dangerous pulling in and leaving. Being able to turn around in the yard is a must. Thank You Blessings
This is a beautiful house, though a bit challenging to my 90 year old mother, with the steps, but she was able to handle them ok with a helping hand. As others have noted, getting back on the street takes care and some patience. We all enjoyed our time together there. There were 7 of us. Beds were great and I slept well every night.
Great location for us related to all our activities. We do wish exiting and entering the driveway was a little safer. The trucks driving past the house was very busy and noisy, especially at night. So glad we could make use of the fans in our rooms to create white noise so we could sleep. There were only 3 mugs in the kitchen so when we were in the thrift store we bought a few more mugs.

After arrival, it was immediately evident that the photos online were taken a while ago. House was dingy and in disrepair. Dirty dishes were left in dishwasher. Dryer was packed full of linens... which were will damp. Broken glass in Dining Room doors. Cracks and holes in the first floor wood flooring which showed light from basement below. Chipping wall paint in 2 bedrooms. Loud barking dogs next door, which the dog owners claim is from the owner of this property constantly antagonizing them. Trash bins at roadside were already full and smelled horribly. General trash and debris around front yard. Deck on side porch moved/sank while walking across. Difficult parking with van and full size truck. Would not recommend.
Home was beautiful and very clean. Homes host was awesome in leaving detailed message of things to do in area as well as instructions about home. Loved that he provided his phone number in case we had questions. Only problem was trying to get out of driveway. Dangerous situation with tractor trailers coming over the hill at high rate of speed. Other than that the property was awesome.

The host were very courteous and the property is nice overall.
We experienced an issue with the heat in the first day, which they remediated by the next day. But then the light and wall plugs were not working in the bedrooms upstairs and rhe bedding was dirty.
So overall, just think the hosts should have checked the property thoroughly before guests arrived.

noisy
The house was very clean.
The location was terrible. It was very noisy and no one could sleep. While sitting outside you couldn’t even talk to each other. Although we were warned of the noise it was much worse than described. We ended up leaving a day early. Pulling in and out or property was dangerous.
The house was beautiful , has a rich history feel about it . Check in and check out went smoothly. The house has everything one would need stocked kitchen , linens, towels. He keeps it stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, and shampoos and conditioner. The price of the rental was great in our budget. How he advertises the house is very accurate.. It is on a busy Rd I didn’t not mind it one bit , watching the beautiful horse and buggies go pass. This house was really nice.Would definitely recommend this house to other people
