SeaSpray 124 is an absolutely beautiful and renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanside condo in Atlantic Beach. The decor and proximity to the beautiful crystal waters will undoubtedly leave you wanting more.

Total bedding includes a king, a queen, and a twin.

Bedroom #1 includes a king bed, a smart TV, deck access, and a private bath.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, a twin bed, a smart TV, and a shared bath that is also accessible from the living and dining common areas.

*Linens and towels are provided for weekly stays only.

Rents weekly from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday - call to book Saturday-Saturday!

Nightly stays are allowed with a 2-night minimum between October and February - call to book!

NO SMOKING. NO PETS

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
