We had a great stay and really enjoyed the unit. It was cozy, comfortable, and located in a wonderful property with friendly on-site staff. If you plan to spend time indoors, you may want to bring a few games, as there aren’t any provided. When we arrived, the dishes were in the dishwasher and hadn’t been fully cleaned, but aside from that, everything was very nice. Robin was very responsive and helpful, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay.
The room was great, host was available and prompt to respond to messages. It seems the cleaner overlooked the sofa bed as once we tried to pull it out for the night it was not only dirty but completely busted and unusable possibly from previous guest. When checking in the desk was not very happy that our names and reservation was not made available to them but we were still able to get checked in easily. We loved the location, and the condo otherwise was fantastic with everything we needed for our getaway. We had a great time.
We loved our stay! It was perferct for a quick ski weekend with friends. We would defintely book here again. Check in was easy. Check out was a little more hetic.
If you come on a weekend (Sunday) plan ahead for everyone to check out around the same time. It was crowed as there are only 5 spaces to load your car during checkout. You are kinda at the mercy of those who are in front of you. However, that isn't a problem that was had with the owner of the unit.
The location was amazing. The view was incredible. Loved having some place close to go to after a long day of ski.
Construction noise was very loud. Staff was the most unfriendly I have encountered. Cannot park onsite have to park in lot and be shuttled however the shuttle runs till 11pm. Have signs all over about bears but they want you to walk up from lot after 11pm. No AC. Cannot use fireplace. 8th floor was on fire and we had no alarm. Coffee provided was 1 serving but we had 4 ppl. COLD shower. Tank is not big enough. Not allowed to load or unload in breezeway even if raining. The security staff on the other hand was the best part of the stay.

100% renter satisfaction is our #1 priority. I’m very sorry you experienced these challenges. As the owner/manager, I do not control most of your complaints. However, I will forward them to Sugar Top management. To address the coffee and shower issues, this is the first we’ve heard of these. The coffee is a Kerig and makes only 1 cup and we give 4 complimentary K-Cups as a nice jester for your first day. As for the shower, in the future, I recommend letting your owner know right away so they can investigate. Our tank is plenty big, and we’ve never had this complaint before. We will investigate further to ensure no guest experiences a cold shower. In the future, I highly recommend communicating with your owner when you experience challenges, so the owner can address them right away. There’s not much we can do after the trip has ended. I reached out to you via email two times to make sure you received the welcome guide and see if you had any questions. You never responded to either of my emails. Sorry again you experienced these challenges, hope you had a safe trip home.
FROM STR MANAGEMENT:
Bears: We would never encourage anyone to walk up the mountain after 11 pm. I am not sure if they just didn't call or let anyone know they needed to be shuttled. I have a shuttle driver until 1 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday Fire: The 8th floor was not on fire. The 7th floor someone lit a fire in the fireplace and there was a cap on it. If the signs are posted, which they are, not to use fireplaces due to strong winds, and they do it anyway, we are left with the mess we had on Friday night. The alarm did go off for the floor below (6th) and the floor above (8th).
