This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers plenty of amenities and conveniences, making it the perfect getaway for families or friends. Located just a few blocks from historic downtown Main St., this original Craftsman build features one King bed and one Queen bed, a washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, a full kitchen with original built-in cabinetry, and two full baths, one with an antique clawfoot tub, and the other with a brand new walk-in shower. Outside is a fully fenced, completely private courtyard with a private hot tub and backyard area, perfect for your furry friends to enjoy. Pets are welcome at the Craftsman Charmer, so you and your pet can experience Fredericksburg in style at this convenient little bungalow!

Please note: There is a limit of ONE (1) pet per reservation, not to exceed 25lbs. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet, per night.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Beautiful Getaway!

The home was very cozy and inviting. We loved the private backyard for games and relaxing in the hot tub. The interior of the home was decorated beautifully and was so cozy! We did not want to leave! Thanks for hosting us!

Very charming, spacious, quiet, clean beautifully decorated 2-bdrm/2 bath farmhouse

We stayed here to see the 2024 Total Eclipse in Fredericksburg! We really enjoyed our time at the house!!! Well maintained and preserved farmhouse with charming decorations and special touches throughout. Spacious living room, dining room and well stocked large kitchen with all the glassware, dishes and cookware you could need! Wonderful coffee bar that was fully stocked! Fun family games in the buffet cabinet to play on the full sized dining room table. Large soaking bathtub in one bathroom and walk in shower in other bathroom! Plenty of towels for bathing and for the hot tub! Lots of shampoos/conditioners available! Full sized laundry available. Outdoor area was super pleasant with well maintained yard; a relaxing hot tub, grill, fire pit, picnic table and yard games! And a pleasant sitting porch in the front of the house! We would definitely rent the 1929 Craftsman Charmer again!!

Birthday Charmer

This house was perfect for celebrating my 50th birthday. Convenient location. So charming and they thought of pretty much everything with all the amenities provided at the house. The hot tub was great! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the fire pit or games provided outside. Would definitely stay at this house again!
