Cotton Quarters is a private adorable cottage just a few blocks from Main Street which offers privacy yet is convenient to all Fredericksburg has to enjoy. Guests at Cotton Quarters enjoy a comfortable king size bed, beautiful walk in shower and a cozy breakfast nook to partake of your morning cup of coffee. Outside is your very own private hot tub with a charming sitting area perfect for an evening glass of wine or cocktail!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

My husband and I had a great time in Fredericksburg and the cottage was perfect. We were able to walk to the downtown and enjoy the hot tub despite the unseasonably warm Texas weather! We celebrated 20 years and can't wait to head back in the future.

The cottage was quaint and decorated for the holidays. About a mile from Main St.The wine tour was very nice and our guide Mike was wonderful. He had so much knowledge about the area. Will definitely be back to visit Fredericksburg again!

The cotton quarters were cute and cozy for a couples trip. The easy access to downtown made it wonderful and the neighborhood is very quite and peaceful at night. The room was very clean with plenty of extra towels, toiletries, and Keurig coffee items. The hot tub was warm and very clean with easy private access from the room. The pricing is fair and competitive. The check in and check out process was very simple and easy. The 24/7 customer service if needed was a great touch as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay while they visit the unique amenities of Fredrickberg!

Cute, cozy getaway. The hot tub was nice and clean. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable so beware if you have a bad back. There is also a curfew, you have to come inside from hot tub area by 10pm so keep in mind when booking. Overall, a nice stay. Booked the wine tour through Absolute Charm as well and Mike and Niki were amazing. Wine tour was 100% worth it.
