NO loud noise, music, car engine revving, or any other noise which can disturb neighbors.
NO illegal drugs. Zero tolerance towards marijuana.

-If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND.



2) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info!

3) Unit A is located on the first-floor, and Unit B is located on the second floor. Both of the two house has it own and a separate entrances,

4) FREE Washer & Dryer. Shared with other guests in a separate building. Please provide your own laundry detergent for personal use.

5) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
