BEACH FRONT-Gorgeous 2 BR Condo with Fabulous View

This beautiful, beachfront condo is located at the spectacular Tops'l Resort. Completely remodeled, this condo is located on the fourth floor of Beach Manor. This condo offers a GORGEOUS, panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious, pristine condo has a full kitchen. The laundry closet has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king-size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in living area. Both bedrooms have televisions. There is also a television in the living area. This condo has two full baths. Master bathroom has shower and two sinks. Guest bathroom has shower/bathtub and sink.

The balcony provides an incredible beach view. From the balcony, you can see the beach, the boardwalk, Beach Manor pool and the Tops'l Resort pool. You can walk out of the building to the pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, and, of course, the beautiful beach! There is covered parking for our guests in the Beach Manor parking garage. Beach umbrella/chairs setups are available for rent (seasonally) on the boardwalk leading down to the beach.

You are only minutes away from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard, which are great for entertainment, shopping and dining.

NON- SMOKING - NO PETS - MINIMUM AGE OF 25 TO RENT.

Return lanyard to the hook on the back of the front door.

No throwing anything off of the balcony or breezeway. This is a felony offense in Florida and will result in eviction.

We love this location and the condo. Our parents stayed in the condo next door and there was a big difference. This condo feels like a home away from home. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to all questions. We look forward to booking with them again.

Perfect location

We had the best trip and the condo was perfect for our little family of 4, plenty of room and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach including chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. It was an easy walk to the beach or the pool for 3 year olds. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place

The property was as described. The owner was very communicative. The weather could have been better but that is out of our control. If we had one bit of advice and it is a very minor one it would be make sure you bring an extra garbage bag as there was only one for our week long stay :). Other than that, everything was perfect.

Beautiful and clean property

great property, easy access to pool and beach but very crowded- Guess it's that time of the year, way too many people. The condo itself was just lovely, not especially kid proof but we managed. Very nicely furnished and kitchen had all amenities. Could use something to clean with (Lysol wipes etc.) Had to buy that and paper towels, 1 roll is never enough. Tops'l property is always beautiful, lots of fun.

Great place for Spring Break

We had a great week for Spring Break with several school families. The property has lots of options for things to do for both parents and kids. I really appreciated Shaun communicating with us ahead of time about exterior painting which affected access to our balcony for part of our stay. The property and the condo looks fresh and clean. Plenty of space and an updated kitchen. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Great experience

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the perfect spot for our family vacation. The owner sent helpful info and recommendations beforehand. Condo was a close walk to the beach, where we were able to rent umbrella/chair sets. The ocean and pool views from the balcony was also great. The Tops’l beach area was also far less crowded than the neighboring resort areas. It was also a short walk to the Hilton resort, where we took advantage of the poolside restaurant and spa. Highly recommend!

Great view!

The condo had great views of the ocean and easy beach access. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It is actually located closer to Sandestin than Destin and there was always heavy traffic going towards Destin. Also the linens (bath towels) need to be replaced. They are not soft or big enough for adults. Lots of maintenance going on around resort.

The property is above all expectations. There are 2 deficiencies. The door handle on the clothes dryer comes off making it difficult to open the door and the mattress on the small bed is worn out. It sags toward the middle making the bed very uncomfortable.
