This is a lovely Stilt Built Home in Crystal River, Fl. Decorated with a lovely nautical theme. Fully equipped with all the amenities of home, Just bring your boat, food and clothes. Take Nature Walks, Go Bird Watching, Fishing, Golfing, Shopping, hiking or sit at your private Tiki Bar for happy hour. This lovely property sits on a deep water canal and has a 50' dock. The view will simply take your breath away. The area is a quiet, siren spot. Just right for privacy.. This is a fabulous place for nature watching. This piece of heaven is just 1 house off the Crystal River. It has water view from every window and is 4 miles from the beach. It is loved by all. If you are a fisherman or Golfer, this is the place for you. Full kitchen with all the amenities for comfort. This home is approx. 20 minutes from Rainbow Springs, and the beautiful Dunnellon, Fl. Dunnellon is a quaint little town with antique shops, historical homes, and good food. It is also 1 1/2 hours from the major cities and Tourist Attractions, such as Bush Gardens and Disney World. Come and spend your time here, and you won't want to leave!

Stayed at this property for 5 days in July. The views were spectacular from both front and back decks. Great location and close to the boat ramp. You can tell the owners put a lot a pride in this house and strive to provide everything you may need.

Great Time Scalloping & Fishing

Perfect location for our stay and to keep the boat in the water. Public boat ramp a mile away and makes for an easier run to the scalloping and fishing grounds.

Amazing property for boat owners

House was super clean, well stocked and in the perfect location. Owner was helpful and very responsive. We had a 24’ bay boat and the dock was perfect for it. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable Home

We enjoyed our stay. The set up for a boat is perfect with boat ramp a mile away and very quick access to the dock at the property. Trailer and car under the house in carport. Nice property. Comfortable and homey.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this amazing property. If you’re a Boat Owner, there is no better location to have your boat parked right behind the house with access to the restaurants inland and they pay for scalloping. this property is amazingly well stocked. Every VRBO owner could learn from these owners. Thanks again!

Beautiful property

This place was perfect for our family. It was neat, clean, and fully supplied with all amenities. We wanted to stay again next year but they are not offering the listing for scalloping for the time we need. I definitely hope that changes because we would love to rent it again!!

If possible I would give the location and neighborhood 10 Stars. Breakfast on the front porch, lunch front or back and dinner on the back porch. A few minor problems that Debbie and Don quickly resolved.

Scalloping heaven

We stayed at Paradise House for opening week of scalloping season and it was great! The driveway was not ideal for the boat/trailer but we made it work. The house is great- the pictures do not do it justice. The sunset from the back porch is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked.

Great place for a getaway

We absolutely loved the house, it’s very nice and clean and has some recent updates. It has a back deck and a front deck where you can sit and enjoy the nature. We ended up seeing dolphins and manatees right in front of the house. We brought our kayaks and paddle boards and accessed the river right there. Debbie was also very responsive and the house is exactly as advertised. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home and area

I loved the river view from the front of the house at first sight and every time afterwards. The house itself is laid out nicely and beautifully decorated inside and out with lots of space, amenities and comfort. Sitting outside on either porch (front and back) with a coffee, a wine, or a meal, was a most relaxing part of my day. The description on the VRBO site for this home is accurate.
