Escape to the Natures Coast and enjoy our cozy waterfront teal cottage with a private dock in Crystal River. Enjoy fishing, scalloping (in season) kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking and beautiful sunsets. Crystal River is a true gem. It’s hidden on the west coast of Florida where you can enjoy our small town feel, the only place where you can enjoy swimming and interacting with manatees in their natural habitat. Minutes away from Three Sister Springs, Hunter Springs, Fort Island Gulf Beach and King’s Bay. End the day relaxing outback making great memories around the fire pit.

Home is very close to restaurants,grocery store and boat ramp. It had a nice dock and was nice to sit out there and watch the fish and wildlife. The house was very clean and bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone! Will be back again.

Excellent Spot in Crystal River

Great place! Very nice location on the water. Home was very clean, well maintained, well stocked and expertly managed. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this home, well worth it!

This house was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crystal River! The beautiful home was spacious, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The location was great, quiet and felt secluded, but only minutes away from food, stores and activities. It was fully stocked with towels, comfortable blankets, laundry supplies, cooking necessities, bathroom essentials. The host was great at communicating, and very kind! She had a very organized binder telling us everything we needed to know about the house and surrounding areas, including recommendations for food and activities! We really enjoyed the porch swing, the kayaks and the fishing dock on site at the house. The only bad thing about our time there is that we couldn’t stay longer! If you are visiting Crystal River look no further than this house!

Amazing Family Experience

The home was fresh, clean and well provisioned. The location was perfect and we were a short drive or kayak trip from everything we wanted to see and do. All questions were answered by the host within minutes but the amount of information provided by the host in the coffee table book was full of most information we needed. We loved this spot so much we are already planning a return trip!

Perfect River Home

I was visiting the river for the Memorial Day holiday this home had everything and more located right on a canal connecting to Crystal River and close to all the parks and natural springs. Great location! The kitchen was fully stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Would highly recommend for a friend or family group.

Lovely waterfront weekend getaway

This was our first trip to Crystal River, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Ginger was great to answer any questions I had and responded quickly. The home is in a great location and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have the use of her kayaks during our stay. We had no issues and the home was very clean. She has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. We look forward to returning next year.

Relaxing Getaway

My two friends and I were looking for a place to go with things to do in nature. Crystal River is perfect for that. Ginger's house is right on the water with a deck and fire pit. We had fires two of the three nights we were there. Waking up to the cool, crisp air, the sun shining on the water, and the birds singing their songs was gloriously wonderful. The location is great for the springs and restaurants. We'd recommend Copp Brewery, Seafood Sellers, and Grannies!

Great stay at Crystal River!!

My group of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Right on the canal and we were able to paddle into the bay and visit the manatees. The home is older with the most beautiful touches and decor that made it very comfortable. It was absolutely spotless with well appointed rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Close to the town, restaurants and various trails. We really enjoyed a visit to the Three sister springs, Crump's Landing and Vintage on Fifth which was very close by car. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Ginger was very quick to answer any questions which came up!
