Cabin by the Sea #138 - Private Pool, Second Row Oceanfront & Sound Views!

Indulge in luxury living at it's finest in this newly built, contemporary vacation home situated on the beautiful and serene North Topsail Beach with a Private Pool (which can be heated for additional cost!) and putting green! Cabin by the Sea #138, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, makes for the perfect sanctuary to unwind with friends and loved ones. Be one of the first to enjoy the stellar front row views this home has to offer. With both the ocean at your front door, and miles of staggering marsh views and unspoiled coastline, this home is sure to please all. With 8 bedrooms and 7.5 baths and an open floor concept, this home has more than enough space to accommodate 24 people. The wide open living spaces and expansive decks make for the ideal place to entertain a family reunion, retreat, or girls or guys getaway.

When you enter the home, you are greeted with natural light, phenomenal ocean views outside of each window, and a warm feel. Six of eight bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are two ocean front bedrooms with queen-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and TVs. A third queen bedroom is located on the sound side on this second floor as well. There are two bunk rooms, one with a full over full-sized bunk with a twin trundle sleeping five, the other with a triple full over full bunk sleeping 6 with sound views. The sixth bedroom has a twin-sized bed along with a twin day bed and twin trundle. A full size washer and dryer and sound side deck access are also located on this floor.

The top floor consists of the main living/kitchen/dining area and the remaining two bedrooms. The family room has vaulted ceilings, a sectional sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the deck. The dining area features two tables that seat 20 total, perfect for family meals while on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen has a clean, polished and sleek appearance with everything you will need for your meals, including a counter with six bar stools. The oceanfront master bedroom is on the top floor and has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with oceanfront deck access. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom are also found on this floor with incredible sound views.

On the ground floor, you will find an extra refrigerator for additional food and beverage storage. After a day in the sun and sand, guests have access to an outside shower which is located in the carport. High speed internet and nine Smart TVs are available throughout the home.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October. The heated pool option is unavailable from June - August and November - March. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please call our office to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
