Our spacious and well-appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in a serene neighborhood with access to HOA Pool!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all personal items including food and trash. Trash instructions are on the fridge.
Close and lock all windows and doors. Leave bedding as is. Allow air mattresses to deflate if used.
Run the dishwasher the night before check-out & re-load the morning of with any additional dishes, but do not start. Return pool key to cabinet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool key must be returned to its proper home. - $150 replacement fee
