Very clean, nicely renovated 2nd floor apartment in Ipswich. Beds were comfortable; living room is very small. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.
Could not have booked a better place for our family trip! Clean, cute, very cozy, and landlords messaged back asap when I had questions! 10/10 would stay again!

Overnight stay beforenMarathon Fishing teip with Yankee Fleet.
Super clean, easy checkin, pleasant surprise to have A/C's running in each bedroom when temp was 99 degrees driving up on May 22nd!. chocolates and coffee was a nice touch... close to everything, didn't know how nice Ipswich was. wish we stayed two nights!
Interior set up was excellent.
It was terrific having a washer & dryer.
Bed was extremely comfortable.
Loved the sensor lights.
Instead of couch maybe a table & chairs.
The one drawback was the exterior stairs. Very steep.
Stayed for a night after a wedding at Turner Hill. Nice place, easy access and well appointed inside. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Just what we needed! Thank you
Great location, Convenient to restaurants and the T.
Only downside was a lack of comfortable seating. Stools were too tall for counter and loveseat only allowed for two of our 5
Nice apartment, comfortable beds, good location, owner very responsive.
We had a fine stay in this apartment. I would recommend it. It was nice that there were things like soap and paper towels provided. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive. A few things could be improved: 1) many of the dishes in the cupboard had food on them; 2) more hooks would be very helpful (especially in the bathroom); 3) more regular height seating would be helpful -- watching TV is uncomfortable from the high chairs at the counter - and they are too high for the counter height, making it difficult for larger people to get their legs under the counter; 4) trash cans and a mirror in each room would be nice.
The apt. was spacious and the owners responded very quickly to our questions. Just a couple of comments. The stairs really needs another banister to hold onto. The stairs were uncomfortable for two senior citizens. The only other comment would be that we would have liked for there to have been nightstands and lamps on each side of the beds. We would definitely rent from the owners again.
The booking and pre-trip communication went great! The property was quiet accurate as described. Very nicely kept up older quad-plex. Prior to arriving at the property I had not received any entry/check in code, so i called the owner from the driveway. He promptly answered and said it was open for us to enter. As we entered we were greeted by two older local women who were checking out the place for family/friends who were going to be staying there in the future. These two lovely ladies were quite helpful, informative and entertaining! The handed over the keys and quietly told us the lockbox code. We dealt with some noisy people in the lower apartment late into the first night. I contacted the owner who quickly replied, but was unable to get ahold of the noisy people. Besides the noise, the only other issue we had was the fire alarm being tripping by the clothes dryer. We were attempting to do laundry on our 2nd/final night when the fire alarm sounded. It appeared as though the dryer was not vented outside and was causing lots of heat and moisture to collect at the fire alarm which is right next to the dryer. Despite some distributions/irritations, we did enjoy the amenities of this property.
