Brand New House! Just built in 2023.

Our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville! Our home is the perfect place to relax and unwind while still being close to all the excitement that Asheville has to offer.

With three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, our home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the two additional bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. We also have an additional Trundle bed to sleep one extra guest. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feature high-quality linens and plenty of storage space.

Our living room is the perfect place to gather with friends and family, featuring a cozy sofa and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room has a large table that seats 6, and there's additional seating at the kitchen island.

We have two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary start up toiletries for your convenience.

Outside, our home has a spacious deck with a gas grill and plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying the beautiful North Carolina weather.

Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just minutes from downtown Asheville, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore.

We take pride in providing our guests with a clean and comfortable space, and we're always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. We look forward to hosting you!

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. It is very conveniently located as it is only a short drive to both the Biltmore and downtown. We really appreciated the ability to bring multiple dogs with no weight limit because this accommodation is very difficult to find. The host was very nice and communicated with us as we needed. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Great location and very clean

Property is as listed in pics. Very clean and an easy 10 min drive downtown. Out door grill and patio furniture nice. Kitchen stocked and Keurig and regular coffee maker both available. All the toiletries and paper products were well stocked. Easy check in and overall great place. Note that all bedrooms are upstairs if mobility is an issue. Go slow when turning off main road onto road that house is on since no street sign. Would definitely stay again!

The house was wonderful but we did have a few suggestions: door lock was complicated, need hooks in bedrooms and bathrooms, possibly luggage racks, showers slippery, need hold bars, downstairs bathroom needs hooks or towel rack or cabinet, maybe all 3, non functioning ice maker, could use instructions for microwave. NO STREET SIGN! Comments came from 7 old ladies, but as I said, house was wonderful, well furnished, comfortable - just some small items that could be addressed for your guests.
