Oceania 5, New Owner, Impeccable Beachfront Condo!!

Welcome to this entire 5th floor, Gulf-front condo of over 4,000 square feet with full-view, beachfront balconies! Located right in the heart of Gulf Shores, this recently redecorated vacation rental occupies an entire floor of the beautiful Oceania Condo tower offering plenty of space and privacy for friends and family members.

The four spacious bedrooms each include 10-foot ceilings, private balconies, en suite baths, custom curtains and shades. There is a king sized bed in the master, a King bed and sofa sleeper queen in the 2nd bedroom, a King and Full sized bed in the 3rd bedroom and two King beds in the 4th bedroom providing space for up to 14 guests. Two of the bedrooms also have gorgeous beach views!

Enjoy breathtaking views through the floor-to-ceiling windows and watch for dolphins directly off the furnished main balcony. Inside, take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances, and enjoy the various ice makers to cool all types of drinks. Have a party or mix up cocktails at the wet bar for relaxing evenings of simply enjoying the view.

Oceania is a luxury complex with only 14 penthouse-style, single-floor condos, very few of which are available for rent. And if all of that wasn't enough, there is also an on-site pool and hot tub that is shared only with the 14 full-floor condo units in the complex.

Parking at Oceania is limited. Each unit can have two vehicles park on site. There is public parking across the street or in other parts of Gulf Shores.

Great Condo!

We came to Gulf Shores for a tennis tournament but added a few extra days for the beach. The location was great and the condo was beautiful and spacious.

Vacationing in luxury!

Absolutely stunning condo large and equipped for groups that may have different preferences! Our family vacation was 3 generations! Awesome and beautiful space with adequate air conditioning units, balconies and family gathering space! It was the perfect space for us! Will definitely return and recommend!!

Greta property and location. Huge condo!!! Only two parking spaces. Should provide at least 3 for such large condo. Referred to Ike's parking for $10/day. That's inaccurate. They charged us $40 per day. Please updated your info. Cleaning could be improved. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back if we ever have a large group.

Beautiful Views! needs minor repairs

Reviewer Comments: We had a great week vacation and the views from this condo are unbeatable! The convenience of the elevator serving only your floor is great. The parking is tough since you only have two spots for the entire party on your floor but its just a physical constraint you can't avoid, so its understandable. Overall, we loved our experience, but there are a few items that need to be repaired to be top notch. Some minor repairs that should be made are: The dispenser for ice on the fridge doesn't work, the wooden toilet seats need to be replaced (some aren't attached properly to the toilet), one of the tall chairs on the balcony are missing a bolt and the seat is not supported (farthest one to the right when on the balcony facing the chairs, its the right front bolt is missing), several of the pots need to be thrown away (the teflon is almost completely scratched off), several broken globes for pendent lights, one of the showers didn't have a clear liner inside the cloth curtain (so we bought one and installed it), the latch for the door leading out to trash shoot doesn't let you back in, if the door closes you can get trapped out there (it works sometimes but most of the time it won't let you back in from the outside), the table with the journal on it is very unstable and about to fall down, some legs on the chairs around the glass table were super loose. with a little more TLC this condo could be perfect!

Having to pay to park an additional vehicle across the street should be covered by the rental company, as there’s only 2 spots for each unit on property. There are badges you have to use to get everywhere on property. Key code access to everything besides the actual unit would have been so much more convenient. Not sure we will be back to Gulf Shores, but if we do, we would stay here again.

Extended Family Holiday Vacation.

Great location. Plenty of space as a group on the living area and dining. Great space with bedrooms and private space. Key cards need replacing- some took several times to operate. Could use a deep clean on the floor, under furniture (trash, food under furniture, baseboards) Plenty of parking in off season but had to pay $25 a day for 2 other vehicles to park across the street. Can understand parking issue in busier times. But most of our stay there were no other vehicles in the lot. At most one other vehicle. Phoenix website says 3 spots for 4 bedroom or can purchase more if available, then told doesn’t apply to this property. For this size property and number of other spaces available (I.e. all spaces!) there should be flexibility - esp. for the cost of the unit.

We do wish they would have wristband fobs instead of the lanyards. This was easier at another location we rented. Also, a brief information cheat sheet with Wi-Fi login, where the trash shute is located, etc.
