We booked this property specifically because it advertised a pool, which was a key factor for our family.Upon arrival on March 27, the pool was not usable. It contained significant debris, visible dirt settled at the bottom, and the water condition raised concerns about safety. We documented everything immediately and notified the host.Over the course of the stay, despite repeated follow-ups and involvement from Vrbo, the issue was not properly addressed. The host delayed action, provided inconsistent information, and at times claimed the pool had been serviced when it clearly had not been restored to a usable condition.It was not until the day before checkout that a pool technician ( Israel- JB Pool Services) came and confirmed there were underlying issues with the pool system that required attention. By that point, the stay was effectively over, and the amenity we paid for was unavailable for nearly the entire duration.We also had to spend a significant amount of time during our stay coordinating between the host and Vrbo due to lack of responsiveness from the host.The result was that our children were unable to use the pool at all, which defeated the primary purpose of booking this property and significantly impacted our experience.This property was not maintained as advertised, and the host did not take appropriate responsibility to resolve the issue in a timely manner.We do not recommend this property.
