Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clicker Return: Leave the gate clicker (IF ANY)on the kitchen counter, and make sure to close all doors securely.
🚗 Exiting the Cluster: To open the Cluster I gate when leaving, simply drive up close to it—the gate will open automatically.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cleaning and maintenance for the Villa are required every seven days.
VISITOR(S) - By the Condo rules: No visitors are permitted to the guests. Visitors are not permitted overnight.
Lewd or immoral conduct; rowdiness, brawling, fighting; gambling, consumption of liquor by minors; and excessively loud music are not permitted.

Nearly perfect

Our family of 4 had plenty of space and loved it. We would return! There was a glitch in a system and we didn’t have our access code until we were on property. Lydia was great and met us there around the time we entered. The beach chairs, beach blanket and insulated tumblers were perfect for our trips to the beach. There is a grill present which was absolutely perfect for the power outage we experienced. She had plenty of lanterns for us too… just had cold showers ;( The hammock for the porch wasn’t obvious and she got it out for us.

I manage this property as well as several other vacation rentals in the Rio Grande, including four at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort and one outside the resort, in Playas del Yunque Condo. For the past twelve years, I’ve had the pleasure of hosting hundreds of guests from different countries and cultures. I enjoy my job and make new friends during the process. With 96% expressing their satisfaction. Many have been kind and have even returned. This level of satisfaction confirms that we are doing things right, and it brings me great pride. I love to make inside tourism and enjoy the wonderful gastronomic experience around the Island.
