We had a wonderful 1 night stay here. It’s a quaint farmhouse that has been tastefully updated. The beds were very comfortable. It was close enough to town to be easily accessible but was nice to escape to the quiet.

We loved our stay at Das Grun Haus! The home was very clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable! We loved the location...very close to town, but also out in the country allowing us to enjoy the stars at night. Fabulous kitchen, too. And, we loved the hot tub! The hosts were very kind and easy to contact when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable! The owners responded to our questions and were responsive to our feedback. I would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Fredericksburg!

Great House - Good Price

Enjoyed my stay at this house. It was clean and the bed upstairs was pretty comfortable (did not had the downstairs room). The fireplace had no issues and I really enjoyed that. This is 20 mins from Enchanted Rock & 10 mins from downtown Fredricksburg.

Not Clean

We arrived and quickly realized that nothing looks like it had been cleaned from the last visitors. All of the towels that were set up for us to use had a lot of makeup stains on them. The downstairs bathroom had hair all over the floor and around the toilet. The main dining table had sticky spots on it. The charm of the cottage quickly went away, due to how dirty it was left for us.
