Welcome to Mellow on the Marsh!

Located in the picturesque Sea Palms Resort, this 3 BR/3 BA condo has a farmhouse coastal interior and spectacular marsh views from the back porch!

Our property has an open concept living and dining space, perfect for a group of friends or a large family. The living room has a cozy leather sectional, smart tv, and a direct view of the marsh. Off the living room is the kitchen with 4 bar stools and loaded with all the essentials. The dining area hosts 6 and has a separate coffee bar and sink.

The master bedroom is located off the living room with a king bed, smart tv, marsh views, and an ensuite. The master ensuite has a double vanity, soaker tub, and separate standing glass shower. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and a full ensuite with tub/shower comb. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom located across the hall with a tub/shower combo.

Guests have access to the community pool and are steps from the Sea Palms Resort Club House. The Sea Palms Resort has a golf course, driving range, and golf shop. Reservations can be booked online or by calling Guest Services of Sea Pams. If you enjoy the beach, it's a short 15 minute drive to Coast Guard Station Beach access.

We are a pet friendly property! 1 dog, under 45lbs for $150

Pool Opening date is between March 15th and April 1st, weather dependent.

Nice and clean but not very well appointed for eating in.

We found the location great and easy access to golf and activities on the island. The view of the Marsh out back was gorgeous but unfortunately we could not enjoy it as the property does not have a screened patio despite having listed it as such. I knew we were going to be in town during really rough mosquitoe/noseum season and purposely chose this condo for that reason I was so disappointed. We also like to cook for some days on vacation and this kitchen is terribly lacking in supplies. The cookware was quite sad. The silverware was really poor as well and some supplies were chipped or broken. We actually had to go out and purchase a pot for cooking pasta. And while dogs were permitted we got two calls about our dog. Would suggest the listing be updated to remove screened patio and for kitchen amenities to be significantly updated.

This place is everything you want it to be. We loved our stay here. It had a great view and the place was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend it.
