Great Condo

This unit was perfect for our family getaway. The complex was very well maintained and quiet. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Walkable to the pier and shops. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

Family Friendly

We had a great stay! The condo was big enough that my family each had their own space, and it gave us the opportunity to cook together in the afternoon. There are 3 pools, small park, and pickle ball courts. We had a minor thing with the condo come up the first night, and the manager on duty was super fast at coming out and checking it over. I loved the communication I received from the property manager. All instructions and emails were clear and concise. I would stay here again.

We had a very nice visit in this condo. It was nice to be able to walk to the area with shops, restaurants, and the pier. We had five guests and were all very comfortable.

Home away from home

We travel to St. Simon yearly and we never have a bad experience. The condo was nice and loved how close it was to the pier and our fave restaurant (Mullet Bay). Thank you for the easy self check-in and instructions for the property. The tenants that live their were a wonderful bonus such nice ppl. We heart St. Simon Island 🏝️

Just what we were looking for!

A great stay in a nice condo in one of our favorite complexes! Nicely equipped, though would have been helpful to know there were plenty of beach towels and chairs to use on site. We would have left ours at home. Appreciate that it is pet friendly— but clean. Will rent again!

Quick trip to St Simons

We were only in town for the weekend so this was a good spot for the 5 of us. Very convenient to the pier, shopping and great restaurants. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool or any of the community amenities. They have a coffee maker and a Kurig in the kitchen - it would have nice to have some coffee provided as well - just an extra touch. A nice place!

Hope for good neighbors

Located on the first floor, we had to hope for residents on the second floor to be quiet at night. A building constructed in the 80's with limited noise cancellation between ceiling and floor.

January on St. Simons Island

We enjoyed the condo, the community, and the location. Love that it was pet friendly. Area felt safe, even at night walking the dog.Kitchen sink needs replaced or repaired as there is rust on the front of it. There are other small easy to fix repairs that could be done. We stayed here a month, and the closets had a bunch or storage stuff in them like lamps, paint cans, baskets, household decorations, etc. Would have been beneficial to use this storage for our things. There was a snow/ice storm, and we were without power for 12 hours. Management kept us updated during that event. We did enjoy our stay here. Thank you.

Cons: need a bath mat or rug in hall bath; t.v. in main room needs to be larger; dresser in twin room needs upgrading, the drawers are hard to slide and would be a nuisance for renters staying for a longer stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A little rough around the edges but very clean and in good location. Sliding door was sticky and came off the track a couple of times. Bed and couch were just okay. No recliner or rocker. Master shower spray was not adjustable and was so powerful we couldn’t use it. I was very clean and well equipped.
