Amazing home

I recommend this property to everyone that wants to have a great time in Tampa. It’s close to everything. The home was really clean, the owner was easy to work with, and there were a lot of items in the home that benefited our stay since we left a few items. I’ll be booking to stay here next year!

Just like the pictures!

My guest and I enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was really nice, clean and we loved how everything with labeled. We never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get to where we needed to go. The only downside is just the area of where the house is located but no one gave us any trouble though. Communicating with Mike was very easy and he responded quick!

In town long term for FEMA

We wanted to have a thanksgiving not in a hotel where we could have family come we were in town a total of 47 days 14 spent here. Place is great on inside as far as esthetics neighborhood leaves some to be desired. We didn’t feel safe having our daughter there alone and she’s 19. As far as the inside looks amazing but not all items worked. Oven didn’t work burnt all things we tried to cook and the dishwasher we couldn’t push the buttons to make it go either. Installed improperly. The listing read garage parking and we were told from owner only. 4 bedrooms and 1 parking space is Linda a big no. Again inside the bells and whistle are fine but not super all working.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because it's super close to everything and people are nice. Across from a school and zero crime. The area is being gentrified but all the neighbors are approachable, kind, and everyone respects one another

What makes this property unique

Location location location.

10 minutes drive: Hyde Park, Ybor, downtown Tampa, Raymond James Statdium
15 minutes drive: South Tampa
45 minutes drive: World class Clearwater Beach

It's also the most decked out house on the block with the coolest yard.
