I stayed in the house snowbirding for nine weeks, and enjoyed my stay. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, but convenient to most anything you would need (Target, Walmart, Publix, Dunkin and Home Depot all within 5 minutes). The house, while not big, worked. The WiFi, heat and AC all worked well. Parking for two cars at the front door, the front and rear porches and good sized back yard all helped to make a great stay. Also, the two queen-sized beds were in very good condition and great to sleep on. Laurent (the house owner) was nearby and an excellent host. Fortunately I had no pressing issues pop up while there, but felt that if I had, they would have been handled promptly. As it stands now, I anticipate having to write another review for this house after next year's stay!

I enjoy everything above and under water, "son of the sea". We are dog lovers and a "Rover" family. We also own a pocket cruising catamaran in St Petersburg FL, and would be glad to take you out on a sunset cruise if you book an extended stay!
