Ocean Villa is a 23 story high-rise with two parking levels under the building and a three story parking garage across the street with a covered walk over the road attaching the third floor. This condominium has a large curved balcony overlooking 200 feet of snow white beach.

We are located just 3 blocks from Pineapple Willy"s and only 1 block from Walmart.

We absolutely loved this place! Comfortable, cozy rooms, easy access to the beach, all the cookware and utensils you could need (although a broiler pan would have been nice). My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our much needed vacation. Andrew was wonderful and helpful, responding quickly to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just another wonderful stay in PCB

One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed at. Really enjoyed our time at Ocean Villa. Easy access to get on the road. Shipwreck ltd is right across the street and Surfstyle is right down the road. We enjoyed the little restaurant across the street that had amazing breakfast and coffee.

My husband and I took our 17 year old daughter and her friend to PCB for spring break. We had a great time! The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs and umbrella that were included. We loved the large balcony too!

Fabulous condo, and Andrew is wonderful to deal with! He provided all the info needed upfront. No annoying check-in/check-out process. Out of all the FL beach condos I have stayed, this is the only one with ample and quick elevators. The balcony on the ocean is dreamy, and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was fantastic! I think this is the best beach condo I have stayed, and will definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for the great vacation Andrew! PS. There was a strong police presence there, and I felt very safe as a single woman.

Very nice-love the decor

We enjoyed staying here so much. We like this end of PCB so much better than the end by Pier Park. The traffic is not as bad. This condo way very clean and we loved how it was decorated. The balcony was big and we absolutely loved the table on the balcony! Nicest balcony table we have ever seen.

The location is perfect.....Only steps from the beach and the condo is located on the 9th floor so you don't have to ride the elevator all day but still get the fantastic views.

What makes this property unique

We love the large balcony at the Ocean Villa Building….. we enhanced the balcony by adding a beautiful outdoor dining table and chairs so you can enjoy a cocktail in the evening or a coffee in the morning while overlooking the gorgeous beaches below.
