Mostly good but some bad
Great location, comfortable beds and nice furniture. Hot tub was not usable because cover was water logged and heavy and the lid would not flip over. No internet access all week. I tried everything to fix it except calling the ISP because i wasn't going to waste a day dealing with that.

Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay here again. Pros are: comfortable townhouse, hot tub on porch (only two people though), location looking over nature preserve but also close to shops, restaurants, and Park City/Canyons skiing, garage, property manager was responsive and helpful. Cons were: the cleaning people did not do a thorough job before the rental as there was some trash left in the kitchen and a half empty seltzer can and some other trash left in the garage. The carpet also needs to be cleaned.

Pros -
We throughly enjoyed staying here. The first thing we noticed when walking in was how clean it was. Everything from the 2-1/2 baths, to the kitchen, bedrooms, linens, refrigerator, stove/oven and living area were spotless. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and there’s a great nook area for kids with 2 sets of bunk beds. The fireplace worked great and would warm things quick in the mornings. We kept the temperature around 66 which kept upstairs very comfortable. The garage is nice to pull into and has room for a midsize SUV. I would not attempt a full size SUV. We didn’t use the kitchen since we ate at the local restaurants. You have to try the pizza at Maxwell’s and go hungry. The pizzas are huge!
It’s an easy 15-20 min drive into Park City. If you ski, which we did, I would suggest leaving by 8am to make sure you get a parking spot. There are large screen TV’s in the master bedroom and living area. We did have issues with the living room TV that never connected to Comcast. In addition to that, the internet showed us connected but it never allowed us to connect to the server. We will blame Comcast for that. The TV in the master bedroom worked fine. No internet did give us an excuse to hang out in local coffee shops to do our work.
Cons - A word of caution, all bedrooms are up a flight of 16 steps and there’s a weird angle step upstairs that can cause a fall if you’re not cautious. Two of us did. If you can’t climb stairs, do not stay here.
The hot water gets very hot but did seem to run out fast when 2 showers are on at the same time.
Our last night there the smoke detector in the master bedroom chirped all night and needs the batteries changed.
The hot tub is very shallow and desperately needs the cover replaced. It’s torn with a hole in it. A huge disappointment with the hot tub.
Overall we would definitely stay here again. The value was there and saved us lot of money compare to staying in Park City.

As advertised
The garage is larger than the listing implies. Better to be pleasantly surprised. There is a public trial beside the hot tub, the neighbor’s window overlooks it, their deck is extremely close and the lights on it are annoying at night. Don’t expect privacy in the tub, but it works fine.
