**PROPERTY OVERVIEW** From your private, master bedroom balcony overlooking the gorgeous 1,200 acre Swaner Nature Preserve, you can see the Park City and Deer Valley ski areas in the distance. From your living room deck, you can enjoy the serenity of the Preserve from your private hot tub with a glass of wine in hand. If you cross-country ski, snowshoe, run or bike, you can jump on miles of a well-manicured trails right out the back door. Think of this townhome as 'Activity Central' and your home away from home! The Newpark Resort Townhomes are part of the vibrant Redstone district. Within walking distance, you will find a grocery store, a movie theater, great restaurants, lively nightlife and diverse shopping opportunities. You will love the modern, small village charm of this community, only a few miles away from Historic Park City. The layout of the townhome is perfect for families: there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and large, flat screen TVs. This is also a third sleeping space (no door) with a trundle bed. The master bedroom comes equipped with a cozy king bed and private balcony access, the guest bedroom has two comfy twin beds which are perfect for the kids, and the trundle bed and sofa bed offer additional sleeping for four more. With a third bathroom with a shower on the main level, you should never have to wait in line to brush your teeth. From the family room, access a private deck with gas BBQ to grill up your favorite dish. Also on the main deck is a new, inviting hot tub.
**BEDROOM LAYOUT** Luxurious Master Bedroom featuring a King-sized bed, complete with a Flat Screen TV for entertainment, and an en-suite Full Bath for added convenience and privacy. The Second Bedroom boasts a comfortable Twin bed along with an additional Twin bed for extra guests. It also includes a Flat Screen TV for entertainment and has its own Full Bath for comfort and ease.

Very nice townhome in a great Kimball Junction location. We love Newpark, the nearby restaurants, shopping and ski rental shops with beautiful views of the Swaner Preserve and mountains.
Had a wonderful time in Park City. Accommodations were excellent; everything was as described, the location was ideal, the communication was appreciated, and the weather was outstanding for early fall.
Perfect location next to beautiful reserve and easy access to food and shopping. Well stocked amenities and the hot tub was a hit with the kids! Would stay there again!
Everything was great, except for the internet. It did work, but would go in and out. We rebooted it twice, but it didn’t last long. Then it would come back on again. We could live with it, but it could be an issue for someone trying to work remotely.
Host was welcoming. Property was clean and looked as advertised. Master bed mattress was okay but the day bed mattress and mattresses on the twin beds were very uncomfotable. You have a nice property in a great location. Mattresses are relatively inexpensive i would suggest up grading those three mattresses.Other things about the stay and property were good. Thank you.

Our family of 4 with 2 teenagers had just what we needed - separate space for the kids, full kitchen, and a hot tub for apres ski. Multiple grocery stores and food options nearby.

Great location. Very well equipped condo. Very comfortable.
The townhome was absolutely perfect for our week long visit! The hot tub was perfect, the view is amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked to my chef husbands standards! We will be back!

Awesome Place to Stay
This was the perfect place to stay. Quiet, with plenty of room. We loved the outdoor patio with hot tub. The perfect place to have dinner and then relax at night. We loved reading from the balcony patio as well. The sunrise in the morning from our bed was a delight. This was truly a wonderful place!
Wonderfully appointed place with a great view of the preserve and Park City ski resort. Park City Host was in touch through text message the whole time making sure the place was meeting our needs. The location in the Newpark community is walking distance to anything you could need.

A great place to stay
Park city host is really the best outfit to stay with. They are responsive, kind and professional. We visit PC often and every time we stay with Pc Host, we are so glad. And not so much when we book with other agents. The property was great and the hosts were the best. Thanks so much for always be accommodating!
4 adults comfortably stayed in this condo while on a ski trip to park city. The location is perfect, 3 miles from the slopes and tons of nice shops/restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very nice; plenty spacious with ample amenities. Cleaning had been done but missed some minor items. Linens leave a little to be desired for comfort, but overall it was a great rental property.

Perfect NewPark Condo
Our stay was outstanding, the condo is well stocked and makes crafting meals with ease. Received immediate response to my inquiry even earlier than expected and remedied our request without hesitation. Comforts of home, fireplace, hot tub and indoor park I g was a treat! NewPark Condo Stay
We stayed there this past weekend with my 2 children, and absolutely loved it. The location cannot be beat - especially if you want to sleep in blissful silence and wake up to birds & the great outdoors. This unit backs up to the Swanee Preserve, so it's a slice of heaven. My kids shared the 2nd bedroom, which was perfect for them, and the 3rd bathroom w/shower downstairs was convenient (we all took showers at the same time!). A smoke alarm needed a battery change and the management company was there in no time. They were delightful to communicate with. The kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was amazing. Would love to stay here again soon.

The location and views are some of our favorites. This particular place was a little stale. From the time we walked in, the smell just was not fresh. The place was pretty dusty and outdated that we did not feel comfortable lounging around. The hot tub was great. We've stayed at Newpark multiple times, but usually through the resort so we've always had access to the amenities. I didn't realize we wouldn't have access to that, which is my own fault and probably why it's a little cheaper to go this route. Overall, we'll definitely be back to the Newpark community but probably not this place.
Newpark has everything: restaurants, shops, Starbucks. The place is quiet and has a nice view of the open preserve out to the mountains. Great walking path right behind the unit.
