This cozy cottage located is in the heart of downtown Franklin & Just a 12 minute walk to downtown Franklin, 20 minute drive from downtown Nashville and so much more! The home offers 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, comfortably occupying 4 people. If you have 6 in your group, we do have a sofa sleeper in the living room. You will enter in through the backdoor and be welcomed in by the great fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee. This home also includes a large porch and backyard perfect for a relaxing or barbecuing with friends or family. The garage will not be available for guest use, the driveway can easily fit 4 cars! If you're looking for a memorable lodging experience while visiting quaint Franklin or Nashville , this is it!

Walkable to Downtown

House was as listed, great location. Only area for improvement is the backyard - the grass was very long and unkept, made it difficult for the kids to play.

Nice but a bit disappointing

We enjoyed being in Franklin and exploring the area. This house allowed us to walk to the downtown area which was a big plus and it was near family that lives in Franklin. First impression… it looks clean. But a closer look showed that under the couch was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. As you enter the back door there was a bug box on the floor with a little web and lots of little dead bugs in it. The back door needs to have better weather stripping as you can see the light outside at the bottom… thus the bug box. The tub was quite brown and needed some elbow grease and a Mr Clean Magic Eraser. I must not have noticed online that there is not a kitchen table or chairs nor were there bar stools. There was a table and chairs outside but no umbrella and it was not under a covering and it was hot out. Under a covered area there were a few Adirondack chairs but not a table to eat at. So that was all kinda odd. On a good note, the bed was super comfy which was huge!
