Very good

This would have been a 3.5 star review if I had that option. Very charming condo that was able to accommodate 3 adults and 9 children ages 5-14 comfortably. The place was better than the pics and well stocked with kitchenware. Great location and on property amenities. The issues: The washing machine was broken and when I notified them they said they had no idea, though it was clearly untrue because it was obvious that they tried to mickey mouse it to work. A few days later I messaged them to let them know we checked out, and noted that "it was too bad the washing machine hadn't been fixed in time for our visit," and they replied by explaining that the part was not going to arrive in time to fix before our stay and that they apologize. Funny how the story changed. I let it be, but liars are the worst. Not to mention with 9 kids, (and they only give you one towel per occupant) we planned to rely on the washing machine. Had to drive 20 minutes into Wilmington to a laundromat which was not how anyone in our party wanted to spend part of our trip. The hot tub wasn't very hot at all. Certainly not preset to 101 like they said, and no way to asjust. The sauna was awesome, however. Lastly, while I realize this is rental property, a comfortable couch would have gone a long way, especially after a day of hard skiing. The upstairs bed was not comfortable either. The couch and bed weren't unbearable, but not very comfortable at all. Still, nice place.
