Professional hotel grade memory foam single cot and (2) air mattresses for downstairs living room area. EXTRA LINEN FEE FOR SHEETS & TOWELS $50. Plz bring to avoid extra fee.

Ammenities Center offers 12 person hot tub, sauna, gym and seasonal pool & tennis courts. Wi-Fi in ammentities center lounge area. Pool opens Memorial Day - Labor Day. Free Moover shuttle back and forth to mountain or town of Wilmington. Firewood provided in the wood shed.

Accommodates 4 adults comfortably or family up to 6. Loft has 2 queen beds, full bath open to below. Hotel grade memory foam single cot, 1 queen airbed available and small cot inside ottoman to set up in living room below with full bath. Please bring sheets/towels, paper towels, toilet paper, salt & pepper, sugar, k-cups for kurig coffee maker we also have regular auto drip coffee maker. Please try to leave the condo in the same condition as you find it. Sometimes cleaning person has limited time between guests ! Please bring sheets & towels to avoid the $50 linen fee from our cleaning service.
