Our home, located on 2-acres, has its own stocked private lake for fishing and a huge front yard for small events. It is a great choice for family reunions and team bonding! Situated 11 miles from downtown Atlanta, it is a convenient, private oasis in the suburbs. You are just a 12 minute drive from Truist Park where the Atlanta Braves play and the fine restaurants/shopping at The Battery. Also, the Cumberland Mall is a short walk away.
The space
This home is uniquely secluded and it has substantial space.
Guest access
The top floor is only available to guest and the basement is not accessible.
Other things to note
THIS IS YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME, SO PLEASE ADHERE TO THE HOUSE RULES:

No pets allowed.

Please avoid all beverages in the carpeted area, for accidents can occur that will create stains.

Do not swim in the lake.

Rod and reel fishing is permitted. No net fishing.

No loud music after 11pm, so that the neighbors are respected.

No smoking on the premises of any kind.

No illegal activity.

No shoes on the carpet.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.

Only 20 guests or fewer are permitted on the property at one time.

The guest is responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur on the property.

The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or damage to vehicles.

NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

BY ACCEPTING THIS RESERVATION, GUESTS AGREES TO ACEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OR HARM ARISING FROM THEIR USAGE OF THE PREMISES, OR ANY HARM TO THEM OR THEIR GUESTS WHOM ARE AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISSES. ALSO, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR ANY DAMAGES.
