This Newer, Gorgeous, Spacious and Modern home is in an area of expensive homes in Waukee. Beautiful kitchen with awesome granite countertops and beautiful flooring. Nice eat in dining area with sliders to a beautiful back yard and a nice deck (great for BBQ Grill). Nice living room, half bath & an office converted to a 5th BR. Upstairs there are 4 BRs and 2 baths. Basement could be considered the 6th bedroom as it has plenty of sleeping options with a double bed and 4 twin beds. Basement is unfinished but can be used as a huge 6th bedroom or a Man Cave/rec room. Besides all the beds .... It has 2 couches and a 55 inch tv mounted on the wall.
