Located in the 900 Ocean condos, this bright, super clean one bedroom condo offers everything you need for a short or long stay in the center of Ocean City, NJ. Located steps to all of Ocean City's best things - beach, Boardwalk, Downtown Asbury Avenue and so much more! Situated on the third floor of an elevator building, the unit comes with its own large, private covered parking space. This condo is perfect for anyone with mobility issues or for families with small children as there are no steps to the elevator and only one small step into the unit.

UNIT FEATURES
The spacious primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with connected full bathroom and a large covered outdoor terrace offering views of Downtown Ocean City and the 9th Street Bridge. A large Smart TV, air conditioning, and plenty of drawers will help you settle in nicely.
The living room features a table for four and plenty of seating to kick back and relax, with a large Smart TV, free internet, and air conditioning. The living room also connects directly to the bathroom and galley kitchen, making it a convenient space for all guests to enjoy. The unit also comes with a queen-size air mattress, board games, and two beach tags for use during your stay.
The brand-new kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. The renovated bathroom has a step-in tub and is stocked with toilet paper.

FRESH RENOVATIONS
The 900 Ocean condo building was freshly renovated in 2023, is well-maintained and sits just a short walk to the 9th Street beach (one block), Downtown Asbury Avenue, restaurants, amusements, and the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk. The building offers a coin laundry room, bike storage, outdoor shower and easy, covered parking for your vehicle.

Ocean City Condo

Convenient location close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything that you need. We would definitely rent again.

Poorly Equipped

I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this one was by far the worst equipped I've ever seen. The linen situation while inconvenient, was outlined in the description. However it extends to all linens. Don't expect to have any towels, bed sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, or rags. In addition to that, there were absolutely no cooking utensils in the unit and all they had for cooking was 1) quart pot, and 1) 6" pan. Try cooking a decent meal with no utensils and tiny pans. The thing that really got me was that there were 4 tissues in the box with no extras, 1 roll of TP in the entire place, and 1 trash bag in the kitchen trash can with no extras in the unit. Just expect the unit to be ill equipped to handle a multiple day stay.

Comfortable, convenient beach condo

My wife and I took a mini-vacation to the shore and this place was perfect for us. Very close to the boardwalk and beach, but very quiet and private when we were inside. It had everything we needed, 2 AC units, full kitchen, TV with streaming channels, and wifi. The welcome sheet was missing, but when we contacted the owner he was prompt to get us all the info we needed. The dedicated parking spot was a nice plus.

Good location in OC

We thought the location was great for Ocean City! The unit had a good sized balcony and nice outdoor chairs. Small kitchen, which we knew and didn’t mind, it had what we needed. The unit needs a good end of season cleaning and the carpet should be replaced. The bedroom was a nice size and bed was comfortable! The contact person was easy to get in touch with and it was also good to have reserved parking.

Great location

We’ve been coming to OC since our son was born. It has become our family tradition. You can’t beat the location. Very close to the beach/boardwalk. The bed fits 2 adults. We took the air mattress and our son slept right next to us. Very specious balcony. There is also an assigned parking space, making things so much easier.
