NEW 2-bedroom beach block condo in the heart of Ocean City, NJ!!

Prime location on Plymouth Place (between 7th and 8th Streets) in the heart of Ocean City, NJ! Near the OC Waterpark and just half a block from Jersey’s finest beach and boardwalk attractions. Only minutes from downtown shops and restaurants—so close!

This ground-floor vacation condo sleeps 6 and features two bedrooms: a master with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full and twin bed, plus a pull-out full-size sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, three flat-screen TVs with internet apps, and private WiFi. Linens are not included.

Condo is newly renovated and includes 6 beach tags, an outdoor shower, clotheslines, filtered drinking water at kitchen sink (point-of-use system) and an onsite mobile-pay washer and dryer for laundry.

Guest booking and staying must be at least 25 years of age. Adults cannot rent on behalf of younger guests—no exceptions. A signed rental agreement and driver’s license are required before check-in.

Return borrowed items including 6 beach tags. Remove all trash and recycling. Wash used kitchen items. Turn off lights, A/C and heat. Lock front door. Have a safe travel home!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Security deposit will be refunded if condo, furniture, furnishings and/or items within condo have not incurred any damage and/or no missing items.

A signed rental agreement and copy of driver’s license are required before check-in.

Guest agrees to leave the property as found, dispose of trash and recyclables in outside bins, and clean all used dishes and utensils before checkout.
