Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $65/day $300/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

***10th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo at the beautiful Coral Reef!*** Recently Completely redone with all brand new furniture throughout.

This condo was sold in May of 2023 and the new owner has completely upgraded the entire condo. Nearly every single piece of furniture has been purchased new for the Summer 2023. New pictures will be up soon.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and two separate vanity areas. Master bath has a newly renovated walk in shower with dual shower heads. The guest room is spacious with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room has a large closet.

The living room has a large flat screen smart TV and sleeper sofa. You will feel like you are in a private home when you stay here!

All amenities and parking are on-site. There are two beautiful pools (one heated seasonally) and a large beachfront gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the beach. There is beach volleyball and a fitness center for your use. Beach Service Rentals for chairs, banana boat rides, jet skis and parasailing are available on the beach for a fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: sink in master bathroom clogged up never worked.There were small towels under sink with blood stains and they were never replaced after I sent an email.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week long relaxing vacation! The property is wonderful! The beach service was great! The guy(Mike) on the beach was always checking on us and always set up our chairs daily in the same spot! The only complaint was the room could have been a little cleaner. The floors were sandy and the utensils, plates, cups had to be washed before use. The cleaners left a cleaning rag on one of the chairs.

We had a wonderful time! Beach was so peaceful and condo perfect! One of our best vacations. Will stay at coral reef again. Only thing was shower in just one bathroom but wouldn’t stop us from not coming back here views were amazing from balcony!!

Great Place

We had a great stay at this property. It’s far enough away to avoid traffic but close enough to drive to anything. The beach was amazing, nice powdery sand and beautiful water. The only change I would make is I would put a shower head in the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub. Everything else is great.

Our condo unit was very clean. However, a little disappointing there was no shower in the master bathroom. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Nice condo, as listed

Condo itself was nice, clean and updated. The Coral Reef is an older building, but the grounds were very nice and clean, friendly staff. We liked that the condo was on quieter side of Panama, without a ton of traffic! There are no condiments left at the condo as most keep on hand, like salt, pepper, coffee pods, sugar, etc so I suggest bringing those (if using or cooking any meals in). Having the beach chairs come complimentary with the rental was VERY nice!! Overall, condo is just as described/listed (we didn’t initially like having to pay agency outside of VRBO, however, it was super easy process with no surprises).

Awesome condo!

We love coral reef and have stayed there many times! This unit is beautiful and updated. Our one and only complaint (which is our fault for not noticing in the listing) is no shower in the master bathroom. Staying 7 days with 5 people and only one shower was not ideal. Otherwise, everything was amazing!

Great room!

Nice condo, very spacious, great view, great beach! Some things I will note. No shower in master, only tub, there is a shower in non-master bath. Property notes- very clean, elevator was great (fast), heated pool was great!, could be more pool-side shade, no hot tub. Overall though, two thumbs up!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect, and was as described in the listing. The location was perfect (within 5-7 minutes of everything) yet far enough away from all the crazy night life shenanigans. The view was amazing from the balcony. The staff were very friendly. It was perfect for our family. We have two small children and a toddler, and it was laid out well. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Beds were comfy. This was the first vacation in a long time that I felt completely relaxed and a complete reset from the real world. Would love to stay again sometime in the future.

everything was nice but patio door handle feel off first day and i called they said i was on a list to fix they got it fixed the day before we left which was 6 days latter we had to put a spoon in door holes to open and shut

Loved the View but the unit could use some work

The view from this condo was amazing. I loved the location of the property. It was located right outside of the busy area of Panama City. A nice quiet location for the family but within a short drive to engage in the nightlife and restaurants. I would visit again. A few things to note: The condo was not the cleanest. There were food and liquid spills on the floor and the furniture, the coffee pot had been left to mold with old coffee grinds still in the filter, and the glass and mirrors had fingerprints all over them. The unit did not scream clean.

We had a wonderful time!

We so enjoyed our time staying in this spacious condo. There were 3 of us and we had more than enough room. One quark of the condo we didn't realize was there is no shower in the primary bathroom. It wasn't a problem for our little family but with such small bath towels it may have been embarrassing walking across the condo back to the primary bedroom. We had trouble with the codes we were given not working. Once we were able to get down to the front desk the next day they were able to get us the correct codes for beach access and the wifi. The parking, pools and beach access were easy to use and convenient. We would stay here again for sure!

Condo was great, communication was lacking.

Condo and location were great! I felt like the condo could have been cleaner, as it didn’t scream clean, but wouldn’t necessarily describe it as dirty. The only frustration is we were given an outdated beach code and wifi password, one person we emailed said that was the password, and wanted us to call a 1800 number for wifi issues, even though it wasn’t a wifi issue- it was an information issue, and the phone number provided to us to contact them was not in service. Another guest on site helped us out and eventually somebody else from the management group provided the correct information. Would return but would be sure to follow up closer to the date after information was given to ensure everything was current and correct.

Could have been better

Wasn’t very pleasant first day was given wrong codes to get to the beach floors were very nasty. All of our feet were black on bottom within first hour of walking around shower floor is very slick with potential safety hazards. Electrical outlets needed work potential safety hazard bathroom cabinet door fell off during the middle of the night wouldn’t recommend until these things have been cleared up after returning, we called the nonemergency telephone number. The lady was very rude while we tried to explain all of the items that we felt. They were a safety issue not that we’re wanting anything back. Just wanted to let someone know before they got hurt. We had to buy shower mats for shower because it was so slick we went and bought mops and cleaning equipment to clean floors would love to send pictures of our feet to show how dirty floors are but very nice updated remodel

Pleasantly Surprised

We were hesitant to book this unit due to the lack of reviews and up to date pictures, but we took the risk of the reported newly purchased and refinished unit and it definitely provided a positive experience. The unit was very tastefully decorated, well equipped, and clean. The views were spectacular! Nice sized televisions throughout. Blackout curtains were definitely a plus. The recliner was super comfy! The few negative elements were that the master bath does not have a shower (tub only), so we all had to share the shower in the second bath which is inside the second bedroom. Also, the ice maker makes ice very slowly and just did not keep up with our minimal demand. The ice bucket never got above a shallow layer of ice so it felt that we were rationing ice just so everyone could have some in their drinks. We did not utilize the beach loungers because they were just too far from the water. Everything else was perfect for us. Also wanted to note that the elevators at Coral Reef are some of the fastest we have encountered-a definite advantage while on vacation.

Overall nice with minor issues

The condo is decorated tastefully, and location is fantastic! We would visit this area again, but I honestly would avoid this property manager for the inconvenience of their requested payment method outside of the VRBO app and via check by mail. In addition, whoever they are having clean is not that great as the bottoms of our feet were black just from walking barefoot on the floors, and the trash can was gross and baseboards filthy. The unit looked cute, but there were maintenance issues. We found on the first night, after driving for 13+ hours, that the TV remote in the second bedroom and the one in the living room were missing batteries and battery covers. Management communicated with me about it, promising to send maintenance with batteries, but they never arrived. The recliner is broken and doesn't close while you're sitting in it. You have to get off of it and physically force it closed. The sliding door has a dangling piece on the lower track, but it doesn't affect function. The one hair dryer in the unit didn't work and was also reported to management. They say this will be replaced later as we also brought one of our own. The most disappointing is the leak under the kitchen sink, which was not disclosed to us, so the bowl underneath that was already there to catch water overflowed before we realized we'd need to keep an eye on it our entire visit, not something I care to do on vacation. Not horrible, but not great. Didn't ruin our vacation and VRBO's fault.

Excellent Condo on the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a great condo on the beach, in one of the best condominium complexes in Panama City Beach. I’m familiar with Coral Reef; it’s well kept and very quiet! The staff at ECD were great to deal with. I received a phone call from one of the staff members, letting me know what Coral Reef was doing to prepare for Hurricane Helene. My only suggestion - and it’s minor - bath mats for the showers and vanities. We had plenty of towels so it wasn’t an issue.

Emerald coast Des. doesn’t take care of their property's issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this condo and have stayed here before. Coral Reef is a beautiful place and loved the property and the office staff was very helpful. This room was privately owned and they owners used Emerald Coast. This is my first time using Emerald Coast Destinations. I had to have them come back and clean the room the floors were filthy and I had to clean the refrigerator the was dirty upon arrival. I had multiple complaints of things that need taking care of most were things that I just wanted to let them know about so that I wasn’t charged for upon my departure. But having to go a full week with a broken washing machine and no maid service daily so that you could have clean towels is not acceptable. I spent my vacation washing towels by hand so that we could take a showers. They did send someone out the first time but as my husband past them he asked if they were there to look at the washer so that he could explain exactly what was going on with it and they asked our room number he gave it and they told him no. Upon returning to the room we found a note stating that they were there to look at the washer and it was working fine however it was still not working properly. Every phone call and email after that day was not answered. So thank you Emerald coast for the worst vacation I’ve ever had!
