Perfect 2BR BA @The Treasure Island, Directly on the Gulf!

Beautiful 12th floor condo at Treasure Island Resort provides you all the comforts of home with the perfect views of the gorgeous PCB sands! The master bedroom features access to the balcony along with a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to the condo's second bathroom. The common area also hosts a queen sleeper sofa and 2 closet bunk beds. Treasure Island Resort is a premier upscale resort on Thomas Drive, the resort features a pool, hot tub, gym, on-site eating, and grilling space.

See the water as you wake up and enjoy the beautiful sunsets each night! Visitors will enjoy clean and luxurious furnishings and upscale beach decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, cooking gadgets, cookware and serving dishes. Linens and towels provided.
(BYOBT-Bring your own beach towels).

The unit also has 2 full bathrooms, living room, large dining table, plus breakfast bar area.

Full size washer and dryer included.

The Resort amenities include a large heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, snack bar (in season) and several restaurants within walking distance. What a great place to stay for your vacation! FAMILIES WELCOME!

TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE.

The Treasure Island Resort front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands. The Treasure Island Resort’s parking policy allows for 2 vehicles. Each additional vehicle over 2 will incur a $100 parking fee if space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the TI Resort directly. Our rental group is not able to override or negotiate the parking fees. If this beautiful condo is not available for your selected dates, we do have other low, middle, and high floor condos available at Treasure Island Resort. Please inquire.

Great Vacation

Treasure at Treasure Island

Beautiful sunsets, emerald green waters, and white sands. We had a wonderful stay. This unit is very nice and well kept. We have stayed at this resort several times over the years. The whole property is well maintained. Looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful vacation spot

Nice condo and accommodations. Bed was comfortable. Adequate linens, laundry soap (2 washes) dishwasher soap (2 washes) TP (1 roll per bathroom) Pool and hot tub were nice temperatures. Paper towel provided. 1 dish rag and 1 kitchen towel. Plenty of dishes and silverware.

Location, Location

Loved the quieter end of PCB. The location is great. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pool. I loved getting a lounge chair at the fence. You felt like you were on the beach without getting sand all over you. The condo was very nice and clean. My two grandchildren loved the bunks. My daughter did say the master room bed was uncomfortable. It was very easy to leave the condo in great shape.

The condo needs an refresh but is in good condition. The view was stunning. Unfortunately, there was no Keurig as advertised. We notified the owner but a Keurig did not arrive. The unit was clean but we cleaned the balcony. C’est la vie.

Beds need replaced

Master bed collapsed 3 times during our stay! You could just sit on the side and the slats would fall out! Queen bed in second bedroom was just plain terrible! The mattress was like lying on the floor! Everything else was just perfect!
