Wooded views with serene & complete privacy ,ultra modern private large master bedroom suite with Tuscany Stone private bathroom and a beautiful view of the orange groves from inside and outside on private stone patio. Private keyless entrance from the groves.

PLEASE NOTE: The Signature Orange Grove Suite is a private bedroom suite with a private entrance and stone patio that is attached to a larger Guesthouse accommodating Arbnb guests.

The space
The bedroom suite is beautifully appointed with bright vibrant colors and beautiful art on the walls. Lots of recessed lighting and maple wood floors. A large 55 inch Samsung Smart HDTV with lots of channels and a private Tuscany stone bathroom. Lookout the glass door to a stone patio facing an Orange Grove so close you can touch
Adams Estate Wedding and Event Venue is less than 5 minutes from my location.

Great fishing with dock seconds away along with Dunkin Donuts, Hardees, Cornerstone Grill and Luigi's Italian minutes away and within walking distance.
Legoland, Winterhaven, Auburndale, Haines City and Lakeland are 20 minutes away. Located on 17/92 and only 6 miles from I-4 putting you within 45 minutes from Tampa Attractions, Busch Gardens and Disneyworld ,Universal Studios and Seaworld in the opposite direction.

Lakes all around the property. Hiking and biking trails starting near the property and all around the quaint and small Lake Alfred town.

The room is very nice. The bed as mentioned before is a little uncomfortable however it’s still worth the money for the stay. The only thing I feel that needs to be mentioned is that the owner of the property has 3 dogs. Here and there you can hear them barking and he let’s them out into the yard which is connected to the walk way and sitting area of where the room is located. The dogs are very friendly so if you don’t have an issue with dogs then it will not be a problem. Besides what I’ve stated the room is beautiful and the patio is very nice as well. Your view is an orange grove and beautiful mature trees. Edwin is very nice and communication was perfect. We stayed for 6 days and didn’t have any issues.

Very clean place. The host Edwin was very caring....and he was excellent in his attempts to get the internet back up and working, which went down due to no fault of his (the cold winds knocked it out for almost Twentyfour hours). The neighborhood is not great, but this "compound" is reasonably nice with a tall wooden fence surrounding the property, so I felt safe at all times. Please note that there is no freezer (just a beverage cooler, which I used as a fridge) and there is no microwave, so be mindful of this if you load up at Publix or Walmart. Downtown Winter Haven is 10-15 minutes away and is a great place for good restaurants and bars.
