This airy and modern surf inspired bungalow was just renovated in June 2023! It is located in the heart of Leucadia, 2 minutes walk to one of the best surf breaks or lounging beaches in Encinitas.
It is also 1 minute walk to the main street where you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping.
It has a master bedroom with queen bed, a living room with super comfortable pull out queen sofa, a bathroom with a walk in glass enclosed shower, the cutest kitchen fully equipped (even an espresso machine!), a dining area that sits 6, a cute patio with a sofa and chairs, and a private parking.
Designed by Allison Garrison from Allito Interiors, it has high-end finishes and neutral / pastel color palette.

I'm an avid traveler and always chasing the sun and beautiful beaches. I fell in love with Leucadia - such a cute and vibrant neighborhood with great food, amazing beaches and lots to do! I just finished renovating my ultimate surf inspired bungalow 2 blocks from the ocean. I spend about 3 months of the year here and very happy to share my special space with fellow travelers during the times I am away.
