2 Bedroom at the Beach in Carlsbad!
Walk from your door to Carlsbad's famous Tamarack Beach Park in 50 steps, and less than 3 minutes! You can also walk to the Village, only about 1/2 mile away, where all the shops and restaurants are.

This unit does not have a/c only portable fans.

Spacious and comfortable, with partial ocean view from the living room, this beautiful condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, big kitchen, living room, deck, grill and outdoor ocean view dining area. Fully equipped with 1 big TV, WiFi, beach gear, all linens, kitchen tools, etc.

Gorgeous inside and out and super convenient to everything with off-street parking, two car garage.
There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and one bedroom, we can also add a twin bed if requested, just let us know.
If you love the beach, this is the place for your vacation!

Perfect getaway

The stay was perfect! The house was beautiful and right next to the beach!! The process from beginning to end was exactly what was stated and very user friendly! We’d definitely do it again!

The house is exactly as pictured, a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, you can see the ocean from the couch! We went to Legoland, the beach and hate San Diego zoo while we were out, and it was ideal for all of them, with the zoo being only 35 minutes away as the furthest we went. We walked down to the shore every night we were there to watch the sun set.

Awesome Getaway!

Everything was great! The place was very clean and spacious, plenty of room. We loved being able to sit outside and have dinner. We loved being so close to the beach. Communication with the property manager was quick. My only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows and blankets. Overall this place was awesome and my family and I will definitely stay again!

Great location and accommodation!

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. Perfect location very close to the beach - you can see the ocean and sunset through the window! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels). Wonderful to have a two car garage. There is no AC but it was fine with the windows (with screens) open.

Great Beach Property

We loved our stay in Carlsbad. The place was in a great location - you could see the ocean from the living area. It was also a short walk to the Village - we probably made the walk 2-3 times a day. We utilized all the beach gear that was made available at the property - beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards. There were plenty of beach towels and we just washed them each night so they were ready for the next day. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Wonderful beach house

This was the best location, the beach was just at end of the block and across the street. Very comfortable even with the heat since fans in all the rooms. We didn't cook but felt if there were more than 2-3 persons in the house they could have used a bit more glassware and some plastic options for use outside. We made use of the informal dining table in the front to watch the sunset and have meals. Beds were comfy, place was super clean. Bonus was the 2 car garage so we did not have to struggle to find street parking, which was tight. They even had some beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Would absolutley stay here again. Great place!

Location and view excellent

First - there was no rug in the front room as advertised. Also there was no kitchen seating ..... we brought the patio table and chairs in which worked well. A huge KUDO to VRBO. My husband had an unexpected health issue and so our stay was cut short. VRBO immediately began the process of refunding the remaining rental fees without a prompt from us. Thank You.

Great location so close to the beach

Came for a family wedding and decided to stay a little longer with our two adult children. Per previous comments the house truly is sparse but has everything you need. Only comment would be that while the fans provided do help, the house can be a bit muggy and warm. But the location can’t be beat. The house is very clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Really appreciated having a garage to park in too. Thanks again for making our weekend getaway so fun!

Wonderful Location. Clean and Spacious!

This was the perfect place for our family of four. Our teen-age boys had their own bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and my husband and I were comfortable in our own bedroom and common area bathroom. The unit was clean, tidy, and contained everything we needed for our stay. Only a half-block from the beach, a short drive to San Diego, and a short drive to Camp Pendleton made it the perfect location for our trip. The property manager was immediately responsive to my phonecall when we had trouble with the keypad to the garage door, and we had no further issues. Highly recommend this property!

Great Service, Beach Proximity with Garage, and Outdoor Shower

The location was about as good as you could get without being on the beach. You pass two small home/buildings and the crosswalk is right there to get across the street and down the stairs to the beach. Garage parking is great. We only had one car, but I believe it is a two car. A litttle storage would be over the hood of the second car. We didn't notice the outdoor shower right away, but there's also a hose in the front to wash sand off. We needed help with something shortly after we got there and they came right out to help.

Nice Stay on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. We're from a different time zone, so we were up early and enjoyed sitting on the front patio watching the ocean and early morning surfers go by with breakfast. The unit was clean and comfortable. Things that would have been helpful to know ahead of time: -no food (spices are available), water (there is a Brita filter and there are ice cubes), or coffee is provided. There is a Keurig, but it doesn't work properly with the cup provided. -No laundry detergent is provided, so we had to buy a full container to do one load. -Everything went smoothly during the trip, so we didn't need to contact the property manager, but I had an inquiry at check-out that was never answered. -The driveway is incredibly narrow (as they state), so it's inadvisable to have a large car. Street parking is tight some days, but possible. -Linens are provided (including beach towels), as are hand soaps, bath soap, and dishwashing detergent + sponge, but no shampoo or conditioner. -The upper unit is also a rental property. We were lucky with quiet neighbors for the vast majority of our stay. -It's a 15-25 minute walk to Carlsbad Village. Ultimately, we would consider staying there again, as everything was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location!
