Our Pocono Stay

We chose this property because of its proximity to our granddaughters’ dance competition that was held at Split Rick Lodge. We found the property to be very comfortable with adequate parking to service our three vehicles. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and quiet home and felt comfortable throughout tje stay. We enjoyed the lake access with a central location, and even had routine visits from deer near the back deck. Nicely appoinyed home with nice added extras throughout the home.

Beautiful Place

Everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay. Well appointed and lots of room. Mark was really easy to reach for anything. It’s not on the lake but a short drive away.

Midweek ski getaway

The place worked great for us . Grandparents (us) stayed downstairs, daughter, husband and grandson stayed upstairs. Nice separation and then nice family room area to be together in. The only thing I think that could be pointed out is that from where you park it’s a good climb up some steps to the unit . The place was clean and nice and when we had an issue with the lock the property manager got right back to us and resolved the problem. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway

Nice and clean townhouse with great location to several activities and restaurants. Had a perfect family getaway over a long weekend at Mark's place. Mark was very prompt and attentive to all my emails. He even had general pantry items for cooking/coffee. I have stayed at many rental homes in the past. Never have I encountered the little extras such as a welcome basket with water and chips or bathrooms supplied with mini soap, shampoo,etc for renters, but Marks place does this. My whole family is looking forward to renting this gem in the Poconos again. Thank you Mark! A+++

Very nice place to stay

The property is good maintained, very clean and has everything you need. Looks like host took into account everything to the smallest detail and thought about everything that might be needed for guests. You feel like you at home. One small issue: backyard was not prepared for spending time outside and the mosquito net on the door to the backyard did not allow the door to be opened for fresh air as it did not fit snugly into the doorway. However, it did not spoil the overall good impression of the house, because everything else was at the highest level! Good location, club with clean beach, good restaurants, grocery store is less than 5 min driving. Definitely will come back to this place next time.

The townhouse is quiet and surrounding by beautiful scenery and wildlife. You can be on the slopes of Big Boulder Ski area or on the beach of the Boulder Lake club in minutes. Plus, there are so many amazing places for people of all ages within short driving distances.

What makes this property unique

Four season property! Walkable to Big Boulder Ski area and a short drive to Jack Frost in the winter. The fall offers beautiful foliage and area events. Boulder Lake Club is a three-minute drive and there's so much to do there! Beach, pool, fishing, watercraft, bar/restaurant with live entertainment!
