Great place for a great price

We stayed here on it first ever visit to Nashville with two other couples. The price for what it was was amazing. We liked that each couple got their own room and bathroom. The garage door opening to the patio was cool. Traffic was really noisy outside but it was just a few minutes from everything to do. The host was extremely hard to get ahold of and wasn’t great with communication at all. The house itself made up for that though.

Perfect for a group stay!

6 of us celebrated our 40th birthdays over a short weekend in Nashville. The house was perfect - plenty of space to spread out and get ready. We didn't spend a ton of time there or cook, but it seemed to have everything we would need if we wanted to. Communication was a little lacking, but did not keep us from enjoying ourselves. Would stay here again if we had a large group in this area. Thank you!

Might our expectations. The house is in need of maintenance, showers slow to drain, ice maker not operating, towel racks falling off the walls or off the walls. Broken toilet seat. Cabinet hinges need to be fixed. Screen for door has holes. All minor items,
