Great Weekend

We had an awesome stay over Memorial Day weekend. Thanks again for the excellent communication before and during our stay. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of beds and space to hang out. Highly recommend!

Newer property in great area. Easy to get to downtown via uber and quick walk to the gulch. Would stay here again.

Great girls trip!

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville! The house is a great location-quick Uber to downtown. House is as described, clean and well stocked. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Highly recommend this house for everyone!

Nashville spacious home

We arrived to home around 4! Home had some very minor issues that manger took care of right away. This did not affect our stay. Overall our stay was very enjoyable! The roof top patio was just the icing on the cake! Close to downtown Broadway! Lift as low as 12.00.

Great location

We highly recommend Nash rentals and the unit in downtown gulch. The location was perfect with a short UBER ride to broadway. The unit was clean as promised. We will go back.

This place reached way above my expectations. It was the perfect space for my big group of friends to celebrate my birthday. Cleanliness 10/10, communication 10/10, space 10/10, and views 10/10. I’m definitely coming back again.
